This technician did the BEST job of any I’ve had over the last few years. No lines. Quick to dry.
My negative comment is I was not told about being charged for water!

I've owned multiple homes over the past 50 years so I have dealt with numerous carpet cleaners. I have never had such an efficient and thorough experience as I had with Zerorez. I will most definitely recommend the company to my friends and neighbors.

It has a nice smell to it when everything is done and the carpet doesn’t take us long to dry his other cleaning places yeah I like that spot move remover also it does seem to take care of a little spill now and then and the people seem to be knowledgeable and friendly and respectful

Bait and switch. I was led to believe the cleaning included spot cleaning, carpet protection etc. Basically you cleaned carpet with water. No soap or other detergent to remove dirt. Water, really?

Matt was very professional and explained the Zerorez cleaning process clearly. The results were extremely fabulous and beyond my expectations on our 7x10 area rug. All stains were gone and the rug was brightened again! Thank you!
Tech was very knowledgeable and professional.
My service person missed large 4x6 area under a loose rug. I think he misunderstood. I asked if he could clean small 4x6 rug which sits on carpet in bedroom. He did, but didn’t bother moving it to clean the carpet under the rug! I didn’t discover this until after he left.

Jacob was very pleasant to work with and conscientious in cleaning the couch & carpet. This is the second time I have had Zerorez do carpet & sofa cleaning for me. I like the fact that they don’t use soap. I will definitely have them again.
