Carpet actually looks worse than before it was cleaned, not sure if it’s residue from the cleaning ingredients. Oddly, we had a couple of spots appear that were not there.

Service technician arrived at the scheduled time and proceed to work tirelessly until the job was 100% completed. He worked around my need to move pieces of furniture to maximize cleaning coverage of the floor. Two days later the results look as good as could be as could be expected.

I just wanted to say that Jorge was very professional and the assistant that was with them was extremely thorough and answered all my questions and spent extra time with my concerns my experience with them was exceptional I would recommend them to any close family and friends and anybody else who would like an expert job done on their carpet cleaning they also gave their opinions on other flooring options in my home that I’m going to take them up on I’m going to continue to use them because of their professionalism and thoroughness. they were extremely respectful of my home and my concerns
I was suprised by the $20 charge for water as it was an addition to the advertised price for the cleaning. It should have been shown on the flyer.

Great job on the furniture! Only issue is a number of marble floor 'stains' around the furniture due to the process. (Wet stains that we are trying to lift.) We may need a return visit to undo the stains.
