Very thorough and did not make a mess in my home!

Jeff, the technician was upfront and thorough in his work. Although the color of the grout did not lighten as much as we had hoped, he did the best he could.
We used zerorez in the past and like the results.

The quality and the technician

The technician "TOM" was courteous, professional and was on time.

Technicians are generally friendly and polite. Ready to do whatever you ask. Always on time.

1.) None of the dining room chairs were moved from the carpet to the tiled area, prior to the carpet cleaning.
2.) Protective -plastic was not placed under the feet of coffee table, end tables, furniture feet etc. in the living room, and bedrooms, (which Stanley Steamer always does).

Zerorez did a fantastic job right from scheduling the service ( great web app) to keeping me informed on any delay. Jeremy’s work ethic and the quality of the work he delivered was excellent. It’d be great to ideally see 2 people do the job so that the primary person has help. And to add to it it’s almost chemical free or very less toxicity in their prespray. They even sent me the report analysis on their prespray. Overall I am a happy customer.

I was so impressed by the beautiful job Sal did here last week. He did exactly what I wanted, was pleasant , professional, and the carpets haven't looked this good since they were new! Your senior technician did a fantastic job. Carpets look new. Raspberry colored chairs have lost the dust patina they had. He was a very hard worker and was cheerful too. He's a "keeper!" I will continue calling you annually to keep this pale grey sand looking carpet in good shape. Thank you.

My carpets are always cleaner than other cleaning services I’ve used in the past..They also stay clean longer. I’m very happy with Zerorez.

My rugs never looked so clean !

They did a wonderful job. I had tenants in my property who made the tile incredibly dirty. I didn't they Zerorez would be able to get the tile as clean as they did.

Our water measures 820. Your filters are good for about 8-10 gallons. In my household that is about 5 days. Too expensive to replace that frequently. Very unfortunate because I so like your product.

be moved. The technician had open floor not one piece of furniture had to be moved but we willets charged the same as if he did

The technician called and advised me at the time they would arrive. They were efficient, friendly and extensive in their appraisal of the areas to be cleaned. They took precautions to protect surrounding property. They worked consistently and finished within the time they hard speculated - also cleaning areas not pre-arranged when I made the appointment.
