Floy, the employee, was excellent He set everything up and used corner guards which protected the wood. He wore booties which also protected my carpets. He was an expert in what he did.
Your technicians are professional, arrive on time, and do a thorough job. It’s great that carpets and tile can be cleaned so well, without soaps and detergents.
The service Tech wanted to charge me extra $50.00 for a portable unit.
Tells me his hose won't reach to me home. I agree.
After work, tech didn't want to remove the $50.00 charge for a portable unit, which he did not need to use!
The industry is flooded with techs who ramp up charges after an agreement was made over
the phone.
Up front, I explained to phone salespersons of this practice in the industry.
So please give me an honest price I will pay it.
Inspire of this arrangement, I explained to service tech, this practice of up charging in this industry. Tech tells me, yes, that the way it goes.
I tell him no that's how it goes!
You make an agreement and i expect you to abide by that.
I had to make, two calls to the office to get this situation corrected.
