I like how the carpets feel after Zerorez cleans them - soft, not stiff. I like how respectful and friendly the technicians are. I like that I get a prompt response to my phone and text messages.
Tech left a message at 7:15am saying he was leaving Anaheim and on the way. At 9am I called him to get an updated eta. He informed me he was in Riverside and would leave and be on the way from there. He arrived at 10am and started his machine at 10:15. He was done by 10:35 and the payment was processed and he was gone by 10:45am. My quote was for $366 but he said my total was $450’ish. When I questioned him about the quote and the 1/2 off the second rug, he came back with $397. The tech also informed me if I give him a 10 he gets a bonus. I’m shocked that less than one hours work is that much and feel ripped off. Also, the rugs don’t look as clean as I expected they would. No need to respond. We won’t be using your company again.
I would definitely use Zerorez again in the future and recommend it to everyone I know. They kept me in constant communication as to when they were arriving. Upon arrival Sal did an amazing job with the cleaning. The set up was clean and he had all the appropriate coverings to keep my house safe and from scratching the walls. From booking to finish it was all easy and fast. Thank you.

The carpet, which is not a year old, had some simple spots from shoes. These were not removed as they should have been. We are totally disappointed as we see 'tracks" in the carpet from the machine which appear not to have come near the spots. As previous long term customers, we are not going to engage your services in the future. Sorry.

Ramiro Nava is an outstanding technician. He certainly knows his business and is extremely efficient. It is obvious he cares about the customers needs and concerns. The Zerorez process is better than any other carpet cleaning service we have used in the past. The carpets look like new again.
Our tech just did a wonderful job. Carpeting looks great. I've used several different carpet cleaners in the 42 years I've lived here. This company is a bit more expensive but do the best job absolutely.

My carpets and furniture are beautifully cleaned without residue. The care that is given to protect furniture that cannot be moved, corners of walls & stairs and effort to remove heavily soiled areas is greatly appreciated. I always request the same person every 6 months. He's professional, works with my schedule and a wonderful person.
