Our technician Austin called before, came on time. Performed efficient, excellent service! Our commercial carpets desperately needed cleaning. Will definitely be using Zerorez again!

Staff and quality of work.
I felt they were very honest and did a great job. I love that there are no chemicals used. Having Woolf carpet, i wasn’t sure how well they would turn out. And they look brand new. I will definitely be using Zerorez from now on.

Efficient and professional work!
I am very impressed with Zerorez. My carpets had dark spots that other cleaning companies could not remove. The dirty spots were there for years. I didn't think anything would remove them. But Zerorez did! The spots are completely gone. There's no odor or residue. Rudy, the technician, was prompt, polite, and efficient. I highly recommend Zerorez

Clean carpeting without dirt catching residue
I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Zerorez. The service technician Jorge Martinez was very polite and explained the entire process and was even able to remove certain spots in the living room and dining room areas that were previously treated by prior carpet cleaning companies that didn't come close to meeting the challenge. I will definitely use Zerorez again!
