Marcel is wonderful and very thorough. I like that the carpets are really clean and there is no soap residue. I’ve been using Zerorez for years and highly recommend them.
Technician was very communicative and efficient. Once the carpet dried there were some spots that looked like they could of benefited from a little extra attention. Overall a good experience.

We first used ZeroRez in another state and very pleased the service is now in our area. We love the attention to detail of the tech, the system cleans well and does not leave a hard top coat on the carpet.
I had the good fortune to have George, a veteran Zerorez technician. First of all, he arrived right on time and got right to work. He was very professional and respectful toward me and my property.
George cleaned the carpeted bedrooms upstairs, all of my flooring in the bathrooms and then the downstairs living areas. Additionally, he cleaned an old corduroy maroon fabric Lazy Boy recliner that now looks brand new. He took special care to make sure that everything was done thoroughly and properly.
I would like to comment, as I did to George, that I have never seen my floors this clean. I don't remember the flooring looking this good and this sparkling clean even when everything was new.
I highly recommend contacting Zerorez if you want to make sure your
flooring and/or furniture is cleaned to the 10's.

The grout still was dirty. Even after it was sealed I used a toothbrush and oxyclean to clean some of the areas that weren’t done well and they had cleaned up. So the spots that were left were just not done well enough and weren’t “lost causes”.
He also called around 7:30am to let me know he would arrive within 45-60min. He didn’t arrive until 9:15am. I didnt know where he was coming from and could have been stuck in traffic but 90 mins is quite a bit much.

My technician was incredible. He called when he was 30 minutes away, extremely polite, careful of my walls and floors. In addition, got out all my stains, plus a big oil stain from a broken washing machine. We both thought it probably wouldn't come out, but it did.
Efficient, polite & environmentally safe. Plus, our old carpet looks fabulous!

The product is clean and non-toxic. It means a lot to us as we don't use chemicals in our home for health purposes. Shout out to Jacob Z who was amazing when he came out to our home. Was very respectful and considerate. These days its hard to find really good customer service, Jacob was outstanding with customer service. I highly recommend this company and ask for Jacob to be your technician!
The technician did not have the chemicals/tools to clean my sofas so he has to come back on a different day. Huge hassle since since my daughter works and can only have them come on Saturdays. I was there helping her that week and letting technicians in to do various jobs. The technician also left corner cones still in place at the residence. The carpets still were not cleaned once dry. I feel like we wasted our money.

would like fully disclosures and no surprises. I was quoted a price but when the technician got in, he said it would be $50 more because the room was too big and had to be charged double. He did a good job on the carpet and it was cleaned well but pricing was a big negative for me. Will definitely shop around next time.
