Jorge was exceptional! So professional and careful with our home! He is one of the reasons we love choose Zerorez! He made our couches look brand new and even pointed out some issues that we already were aware of.

The technician was considerate and friendly even before entering our home. He put on booties and explained what he would be doing. He took care to protect my furniture and the corners of the walls he would be passing. He worked diligently to clean a large area rug and gave special attention and effort to clean the dirtiest are of the rug. He also did a great job on the carpeted area I needed cleaned. I am very happy with the service.

Better time scheduling. I understand 'stuff' happens, but the 2 hour window ended up being 4 hours.
The drying time of 6-7 hours is unrealistic. Even with my windows/doors open, the carpet was still damp over 24 hours later.

I had carpet and flooring cleaned by Eduardo and the job he still was absolutely the best. My past tenant waxed a no wax floor and Eduardo was about to get all the wax off the floor without ruining the floor. I actually thought I would have to replace it. The difference in my floors were day and night. I highly recommend Zerorez to anyone that feels they need to remove carpet and flooring because of its condition you might just be surprised by the miracle they can pull off with cleaning it.

I have never had a carpet cleaning company not automatically put plastic or foam blocks under the light furniture or other items on the carpet so wood stain doesn't leech into the carpet from moisture. Kept complaining about not moving furniture which we were not asking for. My expectations for picking up a plant or floor lamp or slipping plastic under a wooden leg were disappointing.
