My carpet is not soaking wet after being cleaned and carpets look very nice

Everything was great until I went outside after the carpet was clean and the tech had left.
There was lots of debris in the gutter where my driveway meets the street. It was obviously from the tech cleaning out his equipment somehow---stringy, thready globs of stuff all over. It had dried out and was difficult to get off the street.
Other than having to clean it up, we were happy with the service. Your techs need to clean up after themselves.

Technician was friendly at introduction although he lacked eye contact and had a very limp handshake at first meet. This doesn’t mean he isn’t good at his job although as a man I believe a firm handshake and eye contact goes a long way. My service included a couch cleaning. I had a main area of the couch that had a spot. When service was completed it looked like the previous spot still had unwanted discoloration from before but now just relocated to different areas of the couch. I was told it looked that way because it was wet and after it dried it would clear up. This was not the case. Now there are multiple spots around the couch. Seams as though the dirt rings are now appearing in different spots now that the couch is dry. Dirt doesn’t seemed to have been removed but simply relocated throughout the couch. Not looking to bash the company or service but simply will be looking elsewhere for cleaning services in the future. Thank you for your time.

I had my carpets cleaned and they look fantastic. My technician took a lot of time explaining the process to me, was very thorough, and made sure I was happy with the job.

I am not saying that I would not use Zerorez again, as I have used them for many years. I just want not impressed with the technician that was sent out this time. I felt he did not spend as much time cleaning my stairs as was done in the past.
