I have used ZeroRez a few times and always been 100% happy. This last service was a mess from the very beginning starting with the booking. I booked online then got a call that that time frame wasn't available and they could do a different time, I said that's fine. Then they said they'd call and didn't I had to call. Then I was told a different time and then it was still later than that. I missed an appointment and was charged $10 for this cancellation of my appt. When Last name removed got her she was fine enough and I knew the error was clerical and not her fault. But after she left I noticed she didn't move the coffee table or anything, didn't put things up on blocks like they have in the past. and I had one foot traffic spot by the couch that didn't come out all the way, and I think it would have with my tech that has come before.
Very disappointing and I don't know if I will use your servcies again.

Our carpet is clean and feels clean. No residue. We have had the same technician come for years now. He knows our house and where are dirty problem areas are.

The two guys that arrived to clean the area rugs were professional, polite and very helpful. Area rugs looked great after cleaning. Thank you!

I like the fresh clean smell from the cleaning and that it doesn't take long to dry and be able to use the carpet again without waiting one or two days to walk on the carpet. I have used your cleaning service for about 3 or 4 years and I would recommend you. I had a neighbor call and ask about you services as she saw your truck outside my house. When she returns my call, I will give you a good recommendation.

You have an excellent employee, whom I trust totally. I've seen him go over stain 5 times in order to get it out! Also -- your products are great! My Pet Dog used to throw up after I had my carpets cleaned by another company. I think it was their chemicals. But now, Bella does not throw up after Senor Jorge from ZEROREZ cleans our carpet!! :-)

You get the rugs clean quickly, professionally, reasonably priced, and with knowledgeable technicians. Austin is great!

Your advertisement is what intrigued us to call for an appointment. Said pet hair, spots, etc. would all be gone. The only claim that was true is that the carpeting dried faster.

Seems that your equipment does NOT pick up cat hair.
Also, spots (wine, cat throw-up, food stains) were not removed from any rug.

Have always had our carpets cleaned once or twice a year the "traditional" way.
Cat hair is always gone and most spots removed...yes, wine and grease.

We did vacuum all floors on Monday for the Wednesday appointment.

Also, the condition of the van was not a good image for your company.

Sorry to say that we will not be using Zerorez in the future.

I like the results. The technician was on time, he came fully prepared, and he did a great job.
