Matt did a fabulous job cleaning our very large sectional couch.
It looks great and smells clean. We have 4 dogs so it was quite dirty. Matt is very professional, polite and friendly.

The cleaning was the best we have got from any company. A little pricey than the others but worth it if you can afford it. No smell of chemicals as they only use special water.
The technician was knowledgeable, helpful and user friendly. It is to soon too grade the product but it looks good right now.

Quotes vary depending on who you contact (email, call, online). Much more expensive then other cleaners with comparable result. Did not vacuum prior to cleaning. (Other cleaners I hired vacuumed prior to).

I've been hearing about Zerorez for years and believed all the hype. My carpet looks no better than after using any other carpet cleaning business. My carpet is 22 years old and was really dirty, but I expected it to look better than when I clean it myself using my Bissel. Sadly, that is not the case. I actually used my Bissell on some areas after the guy left. Except for my stairs, they do look a lot better than when I clean them. Over-all I'm disappointed with the results.
Technicians are courteous and on time. I have always been very happy with the work done. Very pleased that carpets are soft and bright after drying - no sticky residue. Wouldn't even consider using another company

Zerorez is always professional and I have used them for over a decade. I have a complex that they can get done in one day with their non-chemical method. Even if I could do the cleaning as well as they do it, in reality, it would simply never happen, as it would be a such a long project on top of all else that I handle.
