Fast, great people doing work, carpets look great!
Julio Castro was our technician and we really liked him a lot. He did a superb job on the carpets and was very careful in treating our home, as if it were his own. We have real redwood floors down stairs and he did get a bit of water on them. He was also very diligent about wearing his booties, as to not mark up floors or carpets. Quite honestly the only way I knew he was here was the outstanding cleanliness of our carpets.
Now we used Zerorez in Tempe, AZ before moving to SoCal but only clean the grout in our very large home there. Our home was 4,200 square feet but the grout accounted for only about 1,000 square feet downstairs. That team did an amazing job on the grout so I figured to give the LA based franchise a shot at our carpet and Julio and their process of course, did an amazing job.
The only downside to them was their price for our small home in SoCal. We used to get our entire house carpets cleaned in Tempe, AZ (approximately 3,000 square feet) done for less that it cost us for about 1,000 sq. ft. here in SoCal.
Other that the high price......excellent job and beautifully clean carpets that we dry in about 8 hours.
Jordan was AMAZING, so professional and polite and HARD-working! She arrived right at 1 o'clock on the dot and got to work. She put corner guards up and explained the process to us. We are VERY happy with the results. I wish it were a bit more affordable, but you get what you pay for in this case. Thank you so much, I've been looking for good carpet cleaners for years now. My carpets always smell like wet dog or chemicals, but not this time.
And again, a very special shout out to Jordan who is an asset to Zerorez!

The service was great
The technician was very neat, protected all room and table corners. Trevor was prompt, actually he called and wanted to know if it was ok to start earlier than the scheduled time. He did an outstanding job, the carpets and rugs look great.
Prompt friendly do a great job
All other carpet cleaners I've done business with used products that left things in the carpet - soap scum, fragrance, etc. Zerorez is sooo much better! The carpet is beautifully - and completely - clean. No residue! Best carpet cleaning I've ever had.

I waited to do the review until the carpet had fully dried.
It looked like the carpet dirt stains were largely still there. I ran my hands over the carpet to make sure I wasn’t just seeing a difference because the light was hitting the nap of the carpet differently.
The carpet is definitely still stained. It looks like the steam cleaner did its job in places. Their are sections where there is clean carpet with streaks of stained carpet. I’ve taken photos, if you’d be interested. That leads me to believe the guy could have gotten it cleaned if he had been more thorough.
I would like someone to come out and redo the small living room area that is stained.
I will leave a Yelp review, and I’d like to leave a good one because I believe in your eco ethos.
