My wife and I have been using ZeroRez for over 20-years! The service techs are on-time, professional and do a great job. It's simply the best method & the best company for cleaning all your carpets, hardwood and stone surfaces.
The pet urine spray could use some work. I still can spell the urine.

The services of steam cleaning powering washing garage floor came out wonderful, very clean. The cleaning person was helpful, friendly, and respectful.

Residue left on tile. I asked him to do strokes in different directions than the way the nap was already going to try to reduce the nap look. Was not willing to do.
Service member was very delightful to work with. Had a great attitude which was very appreciated. He was fast and efficient. We’ve had a great experience with this company so far.
George arrived on time and was very careful with my furniture and floors as he cleaned A sofa and love seat , making them look like new!

Great service and results! I called and got an appointment for the next day, was incredibly fast! Our carpets were in need of some serious care due to my two kids and mini schnauzer. I have to say the results definitely exceeded my expectations and the price was a lot less expensive than buying new carpet! You have my business for life! Thanks so much!
