I have always used Zerorez. This was about the 4th time. The man who came was very, very good. Everything was perfect.
Technician was an hour plus past the service window. He did text twice regarding the delay but we choose windows to fit within our other plans.
Alex was nice and efficient, however I do not know that your service is so far superior to warrant the higher cost.

I've had good experiences in the past with zerorez. This time, the operator was efficient but worked too quickly. I felt the rugs would have ended up cleaner if more time was dedicated.

Our Technician, Austin, was timely, and professional. He provided information on a problematic stain. In addition have information to help speed up the drying time. Zerorez has been my carpet cleaning choice for many years.
