Good customer service, easy to schedule, on time and did a great job. I have never used this company before, but the product seems to be much cleaner. My carpet, once dried and vacuumed was soft and clean. I would recommend them to anyone who doesn't like that residue feel left on the carpet after cleaning.

Check and clean spots that weren’t reachable with the steamer. I had to look and found 2 spots behind the toilet that he would have left a uncleaned if I had not said anything. Also more than one swipe with the machine would be good too.
Carpets are not soaking & always dry next day or sooner.
There was a noticable cleanliness difference after treatment from Zerorez. Ben was professional and very knowledgeable.
