Disappointed in the fact that you go over the carpet so fast. I don't even go that fast when I vacuum. If you went a little slower you would be able to get down deeper into the pile of the carpet.
This has no reflection on the person that did the work. I am sure they are following orders.as to how they were trained. Of course that would take the person a little longer to do the job. Same story goes for the scotch guard.

Seemed thorough. I Will be able to tell in a couple months how it worked how smashed down there rug is etc. I realize my carpet is old and I’m not expecting a miracle but I’d sure like that it turns out clean. The floor looked great after the cleaning! The technician did a good job of assisting with moving furniture to get the whole room clean. My only dissatisfaction was that we wanted to clean two rooms and not much left after one side was cleaned so it was possible to get the whole room clean as we requested. The technician seemed to think there was not enough time but he was done with 30 minutes left.

After making our appointment we received several calls verifying the appointment and on the day of, calls to update us on arrival time. Ben came very friendly, professional and explained the procedure. He worked hard and made sure we we satisfied.. then put everything back and cleaned up. We've had him for 2 separate jobs and will definitely ask for him again. Great job, great price....
I used this company many times both for carpet cleaning and tile cleaning. They are on time, do a terrific job and leave everything neat and clean!

Courteous technicians that do an excellent job
would like fully disclosures and no surprises. I was quoted a price but when the technician got in, he said it would be $50 more because the room was too big and had to be charged double. He did a good job on the carpet and it was cleaned well but pricing was a big negative for me. Will definitely shop around next time.
