Julio did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets and tile floors! He was very friendly and super professional.
The technician is very professional and respectful of the home he is working in. The product of Zerorez is the best. My carpets remain clean and nice looking for a very long time. This can be good or bad because I don't call Zerorez as often as I should. However, I plan on being a more diligent customer because the carpet looks the best!
We have used Zerorez for years. Same house. Same carpet. Suddenly we have more carpet assessed with a $40 add on. But we First name removed’t.
Our price went from the estimate based on our history of $318 to $403. We did add on a protective spray but we did not “add” square footage.

I’ve used Zero Rez many times, I would never use anyone else to clean my carpets. I like the ease of scheduling my appointments online. I was immediately asked if I had any problem area he needed to concentrate on, he protected the corners and covered my floors while cleaning. My carpets and an area rug were cleaned and they looked beautiful when he was done. I highly recommend using Zero Rez, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
My husband booked the appt. based on a video he watched. He booked an appt for grout cleaning. I was not satisfied with the so call cleaning job that was done. While the person was cleaning I had him to redo some areas. when he was leaving I wasn't happy, so I asked if he could leave a little of the mixture, however the next morning there was white spots in my grout and some area was so bad I had to get on my knees to scrub the grout lines myself. My floors looks so bad in some areas, looks like water spots on the tile. I'm selling my home and have open house scheduled, therefore I had to steam mop my entire house. Thanks for such a bad job. Will not recommend to anyone I know......

I like the results, however he dd not move light furniture....perhaps that was in the small print...?
My entry way rug looks no cleaner than it did before treatment. It had no stains or anything permanent to account for this.

We recently had Froy from Zerorez clean our carpets. He was personable, on time, and did an excellent job quickly and efficiently. We are thrilled with the results and enjoyed meeting Froy.
