The technician was very neat, protected all room and table corners. Trevor was prompt, actually he called and wanted to know if it was ok to start earlier than the scheduled time. He did an outstanding job, the carpets and rugs look great.
Prompt friendly do a great job
All other carpet cleaners I've done business with used products that left things in the carpet - soap scum, fragrance, etc. Zerorez is sooo much better! The carpet is beautifully - and completely - clean. No residue! Best carpet cleaning I've ever had.

I waited to do the review until the carpet had fully dried.
It looked like the carpet dirt stains were largely still there. I ran my hands over the carpet to make sure I wasn’t just seeing a difference because the light was hitting the nap of the carpet differently.
The carpet is definitely still stained. It looks like the steam cleaner did its job in places. Their are sections where there is clean carpet with streaks of stained carpet. I’ve taken photos, if you’d be interested. That leads me to believe the guy could have gotten it cleaned if he had been more thorough.
I would like someone to come out and redo the small living room area that is stained.
I will leave a Yelp review, and I’d like to leave a good one because I believe in your eco ethos.

On-time, professional, reasonably priced
The product used to clean our carpet smelled really good, did a fantastic job on a 40 year old carpet. The color was brightened and the nap came back up... also the carpet was not soaked so dried in a reasonable time. We will be getting our chairs cleaned soon.

Have tried may others over the year, but these guys do the best job. My kitchen flroor is stove with many holes, etc, and their machine REALLY gets them clean!

The technician. Matt H, was very good. He explained the alkaline water benefits used to clean the carpets. He was very careful with his hoses and worked very hard.
The problem is I don't belive the Alkaline water was strong enough to pull up all the dirt from the Berber carpet. Some areas still look like they need to be cleaned to me.
There was a very small damp spot left in front of the den couch. 3 sprays of Resolve and 2 wipes with a paper towel and it was gone.

Was happy with the rooms cleaning but not with the stairs. The solution ran down the from the step to the backing of the stair and left an uneven drip pattern.
