I have used zeroez for years have always loved the company and the young man who came to my house on Monday was especially great. He got so much water out. Realized he shouldn’t clean my rug because of what it was made of - was in good hands.
Julio our technician was fantastic!!!! He did such a great job !! Our carpets are amazing and nothing is sticky like other carpet cleaners I’ve used!!! Thank you sooooo much!!!! We will only use Julio at zerorez from now on!! He’s coming back to clean our tile and grout!! I can’t wait!!

My carpet looks pretty much the same. Most of the stains I wanted cleaned didn't come out.
Both technicians were very respectful and professional. I walked them through the spaces that needed to be done and showed them the system we had set up to show them what rooms needed what cleaned in them and they were able to complete everything as we expected and met all of our standards. Very satisfied. Thank you.
First, all of your reviews were excellent. Next the staff were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They were very patient answering my questions. Third, they're communication skills were fantastic from beginning to end; emails, text messages and phone calls. Finally, the technician was polite, respectful, and professional! It's so refreshing to know that customer service is paramount with this company. Oops, I forgot to mention, the carpet came out above and beyond my expectations.
The carpets are always left beautifully clean and the technicians are very polite and make sure they have done a good job for you before they leave.
Very polite technician. Only slight citrus smell afterward. All dry in 24 hours and no more smell. Don’t k ow yet the long term results as this was just yesterday.
This is nothing against your company I don't tell people what to do with their money, I don't recommend how they should live if they ask me I would tell them what I would do. I find people need to find their own way I don't answer advice. That being said detector came to my house I have a platform bed he didn't get underneath my bed. I can live with that I guess I have to

In our office we had yellowish dog residue, coffee dribble, a huge "island" of hot dropped chocolate coffee, that I caused, and numerous black ink-like spots that were visible when we moved in to our new offices more than 18 months ago.
OUR ZeroREZ experience: Julio was on time, studied our problem, explained his suggested solution, kicked his comments into gear and less than a 70 minutes later we have, better looking carpet than on the day we moved in; Truly, like-new office carpet this time around.

This was my first time using ZeroREZ. All contact was very professional and the technician was polite and very careful of no damage. The result was more than disappointing. The carpets dried darker than when wet with what looked like gray shading that appeared to have the dirt pushed around but still there. They dried very brittle and still. When I called to express my disappointment the customer service agent was polite and rescheduled. I am waiting for the redo, meanwhile since it is 4 working days from when it was done I have left the small items out of the bedrooms and I am living in chaos. I hope the redo gets out what appears to be residual dirt in the carpet. The carpet is a Dupont stain master, not cheap carpet. Fingers crossed the final result is equal to all the hype of your system. I do not fault the technician, he did his diligence. I question if your advertising and results are in sync with each other. I will not leave any reviews yet, waiting for the redo.
Our carpet feels so much better! We had them come out after a regular carpet cleaning company left the carpet feeling gummy. The technician did a through job. Would use Zerorez again!
