We have been using Zerorez since they opened their office in Irvine many years ago. They are just great! Always on time, always courteous and professional. When they quote a price they never try to 'UP' the price. Very honest. Our carpets and tile floors always look great and dry very quickly. We have requested the same technician Sal for the last four years. Sal is like family to us, we have watched his kids and family grow as well as his promotions within Zerorez. I'm confident that all the technicians are great we just like Sal.

We would never think of using anyone but Zerorez. We suggest taking advantage of their specials.

Thoroughness and attention to detail. My carpets are very clean with no sign of wear, tear and aging after steam cleaning. Carpets dried in 24 hours. No strong chemical smell so no headache while sleeping in the bedroom that evening. Thank you.

It took 3 days for the carpet to dry and was left with brown spots in many areas. The technician did come back to redo some areas. However, the red wine stain did not come out. Out of desperation, my husband poured oxy clean on it. No trace of a stain now. This was the first time using your service. I think I will be going back to my former cleaner.

The jury’s out because our carpet was still quite wet this morning and we had to go out of town for a week. The carpeting looked great but I’m definitely concerned about it being totally dry before it mildews. The chairs were perfectly dry, it’s just the carpeting I’m not sure about. (We did set our AC fan to max settings and have the temp on the higher side while we’re gone.) Fingers crossed it finishes drying - I’ll up my rating if that’s the case.

My associate was cheerful and did his job with out complaint, my carpet looks clean and without chemicals!
