Julio did a great job yesterday on our carpets. He was polite, worked hard and the carpets look great, which is why we always use ZeroRez.
This is the first time that I have used your company. I am picky. My steamed tile cleaning is excellent. I also had 3 bedroom carpets cleaned and was happy with that. The final cleaning was two large living room chairs and an ottoman that matched. They all looked clean to my satisfaction and I have already recommended Zerorez to a friend.

The Zerorez process is clean with no detergent or chemicals. The service technicians are always knowledgeable and eager to please. I usually am able to schedule an appointment within a few days.

Austiin Lawson did an excellence job cleaning our tile and carpet. Austin called ahead advising me of his arrival time and he arrived on time. Any future appointments, I will be requesting Austin Lawson for our carpet and tile cleaning. He was professional and all the equipment used was very clean.
The results represent nothing more than what I would call a quick mow and blow. Gardners that come out and mow the lawn real quick and blow away the mess and have no vested interest in even bending over to pluck a weed. My carpet literally looked NO different than a good vaccum job. I do not believe it was treated ahead of time for urine smell or stains or whatever treatment that was so called performed first. Seems like your "treatments" are nothing but an opportinty to upsell for the rep with NO result for the customer. Ive had carpets cleaned in various houses dozens of times. I know good carpet cleaning. This was NOT. I would be willing to bet if you or another company came out and did it agai, and we than looked at the waste water or liquid, it would be BLACK. Seems like NO actually cleaning was done, just 1 notch higher than a decent good sunction vacuum job.
My carpet looks great. I’m very happy with the results.

Sal's second visit to treat my kitchen granite countertops again was truly very professional and
with extreme detailed care & concern for each process involved, producing an exceptional
highly polished/clean finish. A previous "kitchen cabinet re-do" left the granite looking dreadful
& Sal made magnificent efforts to remedy it's original glossy stone artwork--Thanks so much Sal!
With company soon to arrive Sal continued to assist with my needs & accommodate to clean
kitchen & 2 small bathroom floors, along with shower tile! An excellant job, going way above
my expectations, he reigns supreme on my list--THANKS SO VERY MUCH.
The work performed was great. They honored the price that was quoted in their ad. Other extra work requested was reasonable and there was no pressures to do the extra work.
Everything was left very clean and the agent was very knowledgable about what to do and what not to do.

Zerorez has been the only company I use to clean our carpet and our tile floors. This time around they also cleaned our recliner, and it looks brand new! I really like that they don't use harsh chemicals
