Stains that a traditional cleaning company could not remove disappeared with the Zerorez. The technician was right on time and was careful to protect walls and wood floors from the hoses and equipment. The carpet looks great!
On time and great communication
I had two area rugs, two couches and a tile floor cleaned. The operator took great care not to bang up the surrounding walls and or floors around my couches. THe tile floor and grout area were very stained and it looks almost brand new. I would highly recommend and will be using zero red in the future.

the person came on time, the product is excellent and removed the blood. when I needed a return, the individual returned promptly and completely removed the blood.
I sincerely believe the reason my 20+ year old carpet still looks good is due to only having been cleaned by zerorez. Not only are the techs pros, but they honestly seem to care and often go the extra mile to ensure I'm happy. I've recommended this company over and over again and always with the same response - those who've trusted zerorez have been as happy as I have been!

We have been using Zerorez since they opened their office in Irvine many years ago. They are just great! Always on time, always courteous and professional. When they quote a price they never try to 'UP' the price. Very honest. Our carpets and tile floors always look great and dry very quickly. We have requested the same technician Sal for the last four years. Sal is like family to us, we have watched his kids and family grow as well as his promotions within Zerorez. I'm confident that all the technicians are great we just like Sal.
We would never think of using anyone but Zerorez. We suggest taking advantage of their specials.
