Marcel is THE BEST and I always tell my friends to request him. He cleaned carpets after tenants moved out that I feared I would have to replace, but they look fabulous!
The technician was on time. The process was thoroughly explained and when completed the the carpet looked brighter. Two days later it remains bright and stains have not reappeared.

Sal was the technician and he was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Had to come back a second time due to residue left on the carpet. I had large spots/marks that that were not there before the carpet cleaning. There are still spots today, really do not see an improvement.

This time, my rugs were not cleaned as well as they usually are. The technician was finished so quickly, but I didn't notice the shoddy job until I brought my rugs in from the garage. Needless to say I was disappointed with this particular service.

Mr. Sal Alvarez arrived, was most courteous and assessed areas (stairs, landing, 2bedrooms) as
I pointed out my concerns regards stains etc.. I had moved furniture, vacuumed, and offered
assistance. He quickly organized and expertly went about doing his careful diligence to clean
carpets -- that well exceeded my expectations! Indeed, I give Sal a 10+. and will definitely call
him back. My sincerest thank you to Sal & Zerorez, fabulous job!!!!

This is the best way to clean your rugs and carpets. Three years ago I was ready to replace my carpeting and brought Zerorez back in. The results were stellar! I have brought them back every year and the results are always fabulous. The fact that they do not use soap and with there special water gives results that the competitors can't reach. I highly recommend them. I'm a true believer.
