Sofa and chair “stains” were not removed. Edge of rug was also left dirty. Your rep said they were tuff stains and zerorez didn’t guarantee removal. I cleaned them with oxy clean after your rep left and they came off very easy. A refund would be appreciated.

Great cleaning and no soap residue to collect more dirt.
I've had my carpet cleaned a few times over the years and this is the cleanest they have ever looked. The man cleaning the carpets (I didn't get his name) was very professional and thorough. He had me put on booties and check everything out, making sure I was satisfied with the carpet before he left.
As far as products I like the concept of cleaning the carpet and not leaving any residue behind. And I can testify of this since I walk barefoot in the house and the carpet is soft.
And the service.
I've been using Zerorez for several years and every technician has been through in doing the work and all of them very courteous.
