Professional, knowledgeable technician. Quick friendly response from call center, and lastly I was very pleasesd how clean my carpet became.
No Soap is used which means no rez in sleft in carpet to pick up new stains.
Edwardo is a very competent, friendly & efficient contractor. Everyone involved is taking there job seriously - it seems to me. I had a question and they responded ASAP. I appreciate that too. Edwardo phone me back and I wasn't home but will call him back ASAP.

The call was answered professionaly, and the reminder call worked great. Dennis Smith called before coming to our resident, which was great! Dennis, was very professional, and also has a great outgoing personality, which made it easy to work with. Plus he was very careful with our home, and did an outstanding job! He knows his stuff.

Super clean carpets without a funky smell! Emailed confirmation of appt and a call to boot! Getting to talk to Eve when I'm lucky enough to get her and I usually am. No dilly dallying, overly chatty technicians. Rob especially is totally friendly but professional, keeps the conversation to the job at hand and the technology behind the process. Gets right to work and is very efficient and keeps working a it til the stain comes out. Doesn't leave anything behind it any negative evidence if bein here. Totally positive experience and totally clean carpets!!!
The price for carpet cleaning was fine. When we set up the appointment we indicated we also wanted our brick floor cleaned in the kitchen and foyer. I has no idea that it was costing $1.50 per sq ft for the brick, until I was presented with the bill. Over $400.00 just for doing 300sq ft of brick. Had I known, I would not have had it done. The brick wasn't even that dirty, and the sad part is, the brick looks exactly the same, can't tell it was cleaned So I am very unhappy . The technician didn't give me a quote before he started, I had no idea of the cost at all until he was finished. I hesitate to recommend your service to anyone I'm sure this isn't what you wanted to hear, however the quality of work is fine. B
It is very efficient--the whole process. The people who called me back to see if I wanted to make an appointment were very friendly and tat is really important. The service was very good, the carpet cleaner was not smelly and it did not take a long time. Larry was professional and friendly. Will always use you from now on.
I was talked into a treatment double the price I was told it would be on the phone. I was assured that this was not the old "bait and switch", but I'm not so certain.
The treatment which was supposed to deal with a lot of pet soiling/urine, removed none of the stains and made the smell even worse.
Frankly, if you want to "make things right" you can refund my money. The time wasted is something unfortunately that I won't get back...

took 2 days to dry this time and we used open windows and fans to speed the process.

I just wanted to let you know that Mr. Dana Golden did a really great job of cleaning our carpets. He put in extra effort to remove some really stubborn spots and stains on my carpeting the my children made. My husband and I were very very pleased with how clean Dana got our 17 year old carpets. We have used Zerorez many many times but I think this was the best cleaning job we have ever had. We would like to give Mr Dana Golden a big THANK YOU for all of your hard work and effort. In addition, Mr. Golden is a really nice friendly gentleman.

I like the ease of service and that they call when they are on their way. I like that fact that it cleans the carpet without leaving behind a soap deposit.
