Very responsive & professional

Very professional staff. Technician arrived right on time. This is my 6th or 7th appointment with Zerorez and I wouldn't use anyone else to clean my carpets.

Call center was very nice and helpful, technicians were so thorough, really working the dirtiest parts of the carpet until they were clean. Nice job! I'll definitely call again and hope to have you do the grout on my tile floors and counters soon.

What I like now is the confirmation email, the letter explaining exactly how many square feet I can expect to have cleaned and the other parameters of the cleaning process. I certainly wish I would have known this about 10 cleanings ago. I finally measured the areas I needed cleaned before my last visit, and I am extremely dismayed to find that I had been shorting myself a great deal. My friends, family and neighbors had all told me I was paying way too much for the areas I had been having cleaned.

Since Brian left, I have had a couple of poor experiences. I have been tempted not to go back again. But, after speaking with Debbie, I gave Zerorez one more try. I like her very much. I always had great service from Brian and now from Keith. Both are wonderful additions to your team.

Everything was done so professionally. Your young man Brett was great. I have already recommended you to several friends and asked them to specifically ask for Brett.

I will probably call again as the one area that was super super dirty appears to have some sports coming up again but that is not because it was not cleaned thoroughly, I believe it is because it is in the walk way from the kitchen to dining room. It looked beautiful before it dried, but now just a little bit coming up. I can live with that for now.

The Tech was nice but missed some spots.

My technician (Dana) was very friendly. He did a great job cleaning my carpet and educated me on carpets in general which was very helpful. I like that Zerorez is eco-friendly - that's the main reason why I chose Zerorez.

Everyone we spoke was pleasant and informative, this includes the technician that came to our home. Your results were very good and we will definately call you back when the need arises.

The technician was professional & knowledgable. He ran a little late but did call. He thought he had a 90% chance of getting out the pet odor stain & worked very hard at it. It seemed good when he left, but unfortunately by the next morning the odor although somewhat better is still there. I don't blame him. It was a tough spot & we'll probably need more drastic measures. I was very impressed however with all the other spots that I just assumed wouldn't be able to be removed such a shoe grease etc. The test will be how it looks in 30 days.

From the initial phone call to Zerorez, to "George" who cleaned our carpets, the experience was friendly, professional and business-like. George was great and did an masterful job in cleaning our carpets. He is a good representative of your company.

Jose Mijares was very friendly, knowledgeable, careful and very thorough. I like that the cleaning does not saturate the padding with water. The carpet dried quickly. And of course, no soap residue. Thanks a lot!

It was one of the best carpet cleaning experiences I've had. The call center ladies were courteous and friendly. Marcel, the technician, was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. My carpets look great.

Process cleans carpets with no smell. Technician Dennsi was great. Call center kept me on hold for 5 min. then said to leave a message.

The service techs Bryan whose truck or water supply hose didn't work, and George, who took our job on top of an already full schedule were both excellent workers. Of I had a business, I would want to hire someone like them. They make a connection and do excellent work. In fact be never met a zerorez tech who wasn't great. It means there is a good company or manager behind them.

The carpet looks fantastic, better than it has with steam cleaning. The first thing we noticed was that there were only a couple of spots that came thru, unlike with steam cleaning where so many came back once the carpet dried. Not so with zerorez. The second thing we noticed was that there was no dry crackly feel to the carpet that comes with steam cleaning. Everyone here is pretty amazed and we will never go back to steam cleaning again. In addition, the tech was friendly, answered all our questions and did an amazing job. Thanks

My appointment window was for 2-4. When no one arrived, I called the office and I was told the technician was finished for the day but they would check to see why he hadn't been to my house and I would receive a call back immediately. I was told this at 3:40 p.m. The technician called me at 5:58 p.m. (not an immediate call back in my mind). Also, since I didn't get a call back, I called the office 10 times between 4 and 5 (office hours) and left messages about 3-4 of those times and never received a call back from the office. When I did talk to Dennis at 5:58 I was not home and was not able to have him come and clean the carpet at that time. Later that evening I got a call from Dennis the technician and he said he could come at 8 the next morning. He did arrive about 8:10 the following morning and cleaned the carpets.

This is the second time I have used Zerorez. The whole process from beginning to end was handled very professionally. Setting up the appointment. Following up with e-mail confirmation and the reminder phone call. The technician, Jose Mijares, was very friendly, courteous and professional. The job was done in time and the carpets looks great. The price is also very reasonable. What more can I ask for? I would always use this process for my carpets. Thanks Zerorez for your great service.
