The best carpet cleaning I've seen. The spots that the tenant left disappeared and it looks new again. Very nice service man. I used ZeroreZ at home last yr and the spots that usually come back in a month are still clean. I wish you had locations in near mammoth so I could get by cabin done. I'll never go back to other cleaning services.

Everything was handled professionally, clearly, on-time. I initiated an email and received a call back and it went smoothly from there.

IN some areas there was left a concentration of dirt along the wall and on sides of some, but not all, of the stairs, both next to the wall and on the fronts of the risers. When I asked about it the tech told me it was unpredictable and unavoidable. After he left I took a cloth and some water and scrubbed a few of those areas and substantial dirt came off. I couldn't get it all. But the point is that it appears it's clean-able with the right equipment and motivation. Perhaps there needs to be a small nozzle for getting into small tight spaces like this. I firmly believe it's possible to get it much cleaner than he did. In the other areas I was pleased, particularly how well the high traffic areas cleaned up.

Your technician (Dennis) was great (friendly, informative, etc.). Carpet looks fantastic. Will call Zerorez next time, and hopefully will get the same technician.

You came when you said and the technician was wonderful. The technician "Darrell" I believe, was very professional and did not waste any time.

Our technician Larry was great. He was very polite and likeable. He was running early for the schedule, he called to ask if we were ready for him and it was great to have the rest of the day free. The carpet cleaned up very well also.

The technician was great! But now the carpet is dry I have a big stain that was not there before ???? Very confusing??

technicians are well-educated and professional. I have confidence in what they tell me. The company has a good reputation, and I feel I am getting quality. Yes I am willing to pay a higher price for quality and thats why I like zerorez. When people ask about your service, I tell them you are expensive, but in my mind, worth it

more competitive pricing for small jobs.

Carpet looks and feels great. I love that there is no residue left from the cleaning process, and how quickly the job was done.

Again like last time, I need an area at the side of the sofa re-done like last time, the guy could see it when he was here. It's not a traffic area and the last time when when it did this, your cleaning guy came back out and re-cleaned it and it disappeared. I'm not sure but I think it's because it's the area they start at to begin with and for some reason this happens. I could tell he was perplexed and didn't want to come out again. I'm selling my home and would like to carpet to look good. Thanks

The tech was professional and courteous.

The first technician who came to my home was insulting, rude and arrogant. Taking pictures in my home without permission was invasive and illegal. The second person, Larry Sanders was very nice and he tried to make things right but, unfortunately I lost a whole day, had lots of extra work and was forced to suffer unnecessary emotional distress which cannot be "made right."
I find your claim that you use only water and unlike other rug cleaning companies customers can drink the water,is deceptive. Yes, there is only water in the tank for the motorized tool but you spray chemicals from another receptacle. Most carpet cleaning methods use a machine that has a tank of clean water and a tank with a cleaning substance which the machine mixes.
To be fair you did get my carpets as clean as I could possibly hope for but I would have reservations about recommending a company who has in their employ a representative whose behavior is so out of line. In addition your prices are a bit high.

Call center was Helpful. Technician Named Dennis did a great job . By carpets are very clean. no soap rezadue. Look and feel clean. Dennis answered all my questions . And gave me tips how to keep carpet clean.

We already knew Dennis from his previous business and that is why we went with him. He is very professional and thorough and does a wonderful job without rushing through your home. He was available right when we needed him.

No soap suds, good for the envirnoment, clean and my technician did a great job. Everyone loved how the carpet looked. It now looks like a new carpet. Highly recommend Zerorez and we will finish off other parts of our home Thank you again for a wonderful job done especially since I called so late and they responded to my needs right away. The call center person was extremely nice and helpful. We laughed a lot because I was having a Bunco party and needed this area of my home done within three days.
