Robert Keith did an excellant job cleaning our entire house on
Friday, August 10th. He was polite and didn't waste a minute as he carefully cleaned our carpet. He gave us advice about using certain products to touch up our family room as my husband regularly shampoos our family room and traffic areas. He said that the soap in the product was leaving a residue which attracted dirt. We would request his services again.

My light-colored carpet presented a challenge to your technician as it had never been professionally cleaned in its nine-year history. While I understood that it could not be fully restored to its original condition, I appreciated that Marcel worked extra long and hard to get it in the best shape possible.

The call center was professional in setting up a convenient appointment for service in my home. The technician called ahead few minutes before he arrived. Tom arrived a few minutes early. We walked the rooms to be cleaned and discussed stains that needed extra attention. He clearly set my expectations for the visit.
My carpets were very thoroughly cleaned. It took over 12 hours to dry, as the humidity has been very high. I am confident that Zerorez is superior to other carpet cleaning methods and services.
