Courteous, On time
Several brown water stains showed up the next morning. I was not told that closets were extra.

Initial appointment- The technician got everything set up and the carpets pre-sprayed, then a valve broke on his truck. After a few phone calls it was decided he would go back to shop, repair valve, and return by 4 pm to finsh up. I rescheduled my whole day to make it home in time for rescheduled appointment. Received a phone call approximately the time they were to show up, stating they had numerous truck problems they would not make it out at all but could be back the following morning. I told her i already had scheduled appointments for the following morning, which i had already relayed to the technician, but that they could come in the afternoon. I told her i HAD to get the carpets done the following day at the latest because all my movable furniture had either been piled on my bed, the guest bed, or all over the living room and kitchen. I also explained to her i had a house full of people coming on monday and needed time to get everything put back in order before they arrived. The woman i talked to was very nice, and rescheduled me for the following afternoon supposedly with the same technician that had original shown up. AGAIN, I rescheduled my appointments and cleaning schedule for the entire following day to make sure I was home in time for the appointment. when technician didn't show up at his scheduled time, I called him and he knew nothing about the rescheduled appointment. I talked to his operations manager, he had no one scheduled to come to my house, but he made some calls and got another technician out within a couple of hours. I guess the point i'm trying to make is although every one i spoke with was very nice, i was on a TIGHT schedule for 4 days and they screwed the whole thing up, creating undue stress and a situation where i had to asks friends to come over and help me do the things on Sunday, that i should have had time to do on Friday night, saturday and sunday. Zerorez has done my carpets before. love the results and actually i have said nothing but good things about you, except that you are pricy. But the friends that heard my hourly updates this last weekend regarding the scheduling issues have said they will never use your company. i did receive apologies from all involved at zerorez, however you think after the numerous mishaps you would have offered to provide the service for free, or at the very least a discount for this or the next cleaning. Again, when i spoke to my friends about this, they couldn't believe you didn't at least give me a discount. I guess when you have such a large customer pool to draw from, word of mouth might not be that crucial to the success of your business. PS, I only had 2 stains in the whole house and one of them has come back already, which is unusual..

The technician was very nice and did EXCELLENT work!!! I WAS disappointed at the price (It was $100 more than I remembered being told it would be!!!)I would use your company again, but be sure of the price before hand!!!
Everything is good.
I like the concept of no residue left behind from the cleaning. Carpets dry quickly and the service is usually reasonably priced. My carpets go much longer between cleanings than they have in the past using traditional shampoo and cleaners.

The only reason I didn't give a 10 on this question is that the cost of your service is remarkably higher than others. Not a lot of my friends are willing to pay this this much higher rate.

MORE prep time allowed to prestain treat, maybe come up with a presoak solution out of the same citrus solution for presoak carpet.
The carpet seemed to be cleaner. The carpet was soft and not stiff feeling. The only concern I had was it appeared that stains reappeared over the next couple of days.
The equipment is more powerful and there is very good customer service.

Everything was EXCELLENT
It was easy to schedule the cleaning, the technitian got right to it and I felt very satisfied with the work. The only issue is I did not know why some pink spots showed up on the carpet. I think they were there from before and just showed up because I had the carpet cleaned. I will definately be calling you again for the next phase and the next time I need to clean. Thank you.

The Zerorez carpet cleaning system left areas of our carpet unsatisfactory. Areas that still look grey and somewhat dingy.
Your technician Brian was courteous, fast, and helpful.
They were very thorough and explained what to expect. The carpets were clean and there was absolutely no smell (i.e. no chemical or perfume smell). The technician was very pleasant, and it was quick. Yes, the carpets were wet, but they dried within a few hours, and it didn't smell like wet carpet. I am VERY pleased with the results!
Although the cost of your service is 50% higher than my traditional carpet cleaner, it appears that the quality of work which you provide makes it a good deal. However, I must say that my carpet always looks great the first week after a cleaning, the final proof will be how long it stays that way without the residue imbedded in the carpet. I fully expect zerorez will perform as advertise, and come through with flying colors.
Process is great, people at the call center are very nice. Our technician is always friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and very nice. His service is excellent.

our first cleaning by your company was excellent and so when we were ready to have our carpet cleaned again we of course called Zerorez. The technician was very pleasant as was the case with our first experience. However, this cleaning took 20 min. for the one area and the previous Tech took greater efforts to clean more thoroughly (it seemed to us anyway- he worked about 40-45 minutes on the same area. We have noticed after the second cleaning that there is still a mild smell to our carpet that was removed previously. This is our reason for the 5 rating. We don't think it was cleaned very well.
