Very business like attitude from call to finish
Was very impressed with the technician Jorge. He worked hard and it was evident by the sweat pouring off his forehead when complete. You can tell he takes pride in his work.

I really want to know the ingredients of what you use. I was told it would dry in 2 hours but it took over 24 hours. Meanwhile my feet got an itchy rash from walking barefoot on the carpet. What are all the ingredients??????
Great customer service, professional technicians who are pleasant to work with, they show up when they say they will, there's no chemical smell - just beautiful clean carpets! When I had new carpets installed in my house five years ago, I called ZeroRez and asked their advice to be sure I'd get the best outcome, long-term. ZeroRez is the only carpet cleaner service I use - period.
The Tech was very thorough and professional, with an exceptional attention to detail. He cleaned as he would want his own home cleaned
When my carpet was cleaned I would have said 10. This time, my upholstery was cleaned and some of the cushions still are not clean (odor free). The main couch and chair are good but the cushions/pillows are not as clean as I hoped they would be.

The stains were still there. I paid $50 extra for stain removal treatment to no avail.
both Chem dry and another place I used via a P.E. deal of the day did a more effective job.

I am VERY disappointed that you are passing along the price of fuel to your customers. The $11 fuel charge is ridiculous. I have to pay my own fuel to get to work - I don't get to pass that along to my employer or clients. It's a cost of doing business - YOUR cost, not mine. I will not recommend - nor use - Zerorez again unless this is credited.

I chose Zerorez for their environmentally friendly approach to carpet cleaning. Making an appointment was simple and easy. I appreciated the follow up phone call and email as my appointment reminder. The technician, Keith, was on time in the earlier part of the window. He arrived with a smile and took is time to explain the unique cleaning process to my husband and I. Our carpets are beautiful. I would highly recommend Zerorez to our friends and neighbors.

Your technician, Robert, was great. He was running a little late (but still in the time frame quoted) and called to tell be when he would be there. And he was right on time. Very personable man and explained the whole process. He was fast but very efficient. Seems to really like working for you. When I do my mother' house, I would like to have Robert return. He got the carpet cleaner than I thought would be possible. Love your process. Your call center, TV commercials, and Anaheim Home Show were all very good at explaining your services.

My understanding was that your product was only water, and this was not the case.
There were definately chemicals used in the soap base as I was allergic to them. I am not allergic to organic ingredients.
contractor was rude and short with my question about the soap. his answer to my question was," do you know what Oxiclean is? well that is what this is." How is that an answer to what the product is?
The people in your office are friendly and competent. This is the second time I have used your service, and both of the technicians who came to my home were thorough and very competent! Dennis Smith did an excellent job. Thank you!
