From the call center to the technician to the job that was completed I feel was an excellent experience and would refer Zerorez to anyone.
Technician Jose is wonderful personable. However I should have gotten 25.00 for referral,, I got my neighbor to have her carpets done twice and I never received 25.00 either time.
Customer service in the office not great,, two or three time driver went to wrong house and has the wrong number to contact..

The tech and the service was top notch!
Technician, Jose Mijares, was extrememly polite and informative. He explained how the water treatment process works. The cleaning last time was better than this time. We have a spot that is actually worse now with this cleaning! I may ask him to come back and see what he can do. Nevertheless, I like the idea that there is no soap involved and that the cleaning is a "green" process.

The technician was the most professional we have ever had with any service., He took care to cover and guard any surface. He made sure things were cleaned and not just gone over. Robert Keith did an excellant job cleaning our entire house on
Friday, August 10th. He was polite and didn't waste a minute as he carefully cleaned our carpet. He gave us advice about using certain products to touch up our family room as my husband regularly shampoos our family room and traffic areas. He said that the soap in the product was leaving a residue which attracted dirt. We would request his services again.

My light-colored carpet presented a challenge to your technician as it had never been professionally cleaned in its nine-year history. While I understood that it could not be fully restored to its original condition, I appreciated that Marcel worked extra long and hard to get it in the best shape possible.
