It has been a few weeks and the pet stains have not returned so I am hoping that the cleaning will really remove them.
Carpet felt clean also better odor. Had pet stains that improved . Was aware before tech started that they would not come out completely. Expectations were clear befor he started

the carpet was clean
The service was just as advertised. Only complaint I have is that you should tell people at the time they make the appointment that you charge a fuel charge and not wait until you email them. I do not have a computer at home and did not get that information until I got to work which was too late to add the fuel charge to the check I had left for your services.
My sister was at my home and ended up having to put the full amount on her credit card. If I had known ahead of time about the fuel charge then I would have made out my check in the correct amount. Not every one have access to a computer and I don't feel you should wait until you email the confirmation to tell your customers that they are responsible for a fuel charge.
My carpet is clean and I will probably call for your services again. I just think you should be up front with your customers on the phone at the beginning, not throw the subfuel charge in later. Thank you

Josh did a great job. I thought our stairs were beyond help, but they turned out great. We couldn't be more pleased.
Technicians are polite, conscientious, and efficient. It is very easy to request an appointment online. The call center staff is friendly and accommodating. Most of all, my carpets look great!

The young man who set up our appointment was very professional and helpful. The technicion Tom was very professional, honest and hard working.
The technician- Alberto is so kind and polite. He called to tell me that he was on his way and showed up on time. He was very clean, careful and very efficient. I have two dogs and carpet in all four bedroom. It feels so much cleaner and there is no perfume or chemical smell. We will use Zerorez again in about 9 mo.
It takes a bit longer to dry than other types of cleaning , but it is cleaner and no smell at all. Excellent service!

Everyone was professional. The driver (Brett, I believe) arrived early and walk through our house. He did a really nice job and was friendly.

The technicians are professional , the follow up is tremendous, the process is quick and works better than anything we've tried! And we feel good knowing there is no residue left on our floors.
Technicians are professional and the appointment confirmation was great
There is still a stain in front of the coach which did not come out. This was a stain which I had pointed out to them as being ground in dirt etc. I feel technicians where in too big of a hurry to get to the next job.
My old carpets looked wonderful after the cleaning. I also had several pieces of furniture cleaned and it just felt good to have it all clean at the same time!
