Carpet was clean, but some of the spots that the service person said were no problem were still visible after the carpet dried.

Zerorez arrive right on time as scheduled. The representative was knowledgeable and suggested best-practice to maintain our carpets beyond our annual cleaning. He also took the time to treat a few stubborn areas where our cat had issues.
The one spot I had is still there. We had waves as soon as he left. I tried to call and I sent an email, and no one has contacted me yet. It appears that Zerorez does not care about their customers. Advertising is everything!

Over all I can't say enough on how impressed I was by the MAGNIFICENT QUALITY of work your Zerorez cleaning did on our rental unit. We had actually thought the carpet would have to be replaced but after the Zerorez process it's SO clean we have decided it could stay. Thank you so much Zerorez.

Livingston had excellent customer service skills and cleaned beautifully, so I would give him a 10, but I had several black ink stains on my carpet stairs. I had not touched them for fear that they would spread and make a worse stain. Indeed, I asked Livingston to treat them and I have 2 terrible much larger stains now on the carpet. Is there a solution to this problem as the rest of our carpet throughout the house is clean and beautiful. Now I wish I had not asked him to try to get the stains out as they were less noticeable before.

Very professional....from the moment I called to make the appointment, the scheduler was
incredibly accomodating and nice. I got a call an hour or so before the technician arrived to give me a heads up. And Marcel was great! He went out of his way to do the right thing (since my condo is on the 2nd floor) and took his time to set up.
My carpets look great today and I'm VERY satisfied. Would highly recommend you to anyone!
