I needed a few spots cleaned due to animal accidents yet they still smelled and were dirty after the cleaning and I will need to get them recleaned by another company.
For the first time, my carpets actually look clean when the service was completed and stayed looking clean!
I was able to get the day and time I wanted for my carpet and sofa cleaning and the price quoted on the phone was exactly the same price given by Dana when he arrived(on time). It was all very clear. Dana was excellent at explaining what he would be doing and I trusted him in my house. He did a great job and everything dried quickly too. I'm glad I chose a green company that didn't use any chemicals or soaps as that is important to me. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and Dana.
The technician Livingston was on time and very professional, his vehicle was very clean, he was very polite to the family.

The Zerorez experience was very excellent from beginning to end. I received an appointment within a few days of calling. Larry the Technician called and was able to arrive an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment. He was professional, organized and thorough and he finished in about an hour.
Keith couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable. He got the job done better than expected and in a very timely manner.

The care taken in protecting my furniture, floors and walls was very welcomed! And, the best thing is that this process is good/green for the environment and a non-toxic alternative to the steam and chemical methods. I would recommend Zerorez wholeheartedly!!

It was very easy to set up an appointment. I was reminded about the appointment and time window. The technician arrived exactly on time at the beginning of the window. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and fast. Everything was great.
Always prompt, friendly service. The process gets the staining out that steam cleaning does not, and drys much faster. Residue does not come back, as it does with steam cleaning.
Get it clean the first time. Had to have them come back. The carpet Tech guy was very proffesional. Took care of the problem.

We were not happy with the way our chairs looked after cleaning. The chairs are maybe 5 years old but have never been cleaned before. You are coming out to look at them on July 9th.

The whole process was pleasant from the first contact. I was able to get an appt for the day I wanted with a 2 hour timeframe rather than a 4 hour timeframe. I got a call from the technician while he was on his way to our house . We were very impressed with his work and focus on getting the carpet clean. He took his time and the end result was the cleanest carpet we have EVER experienced in previous cleanings. We were extremely impressed and have already recommended Zerorez to several friends. I will most definitely return the next time we are due for carpet cleaning and will continue to recommend this very professional, friendly company.

Don't overload the technician's daily schedule. He was scheduled to be at my house vetween 3 and 5 pm. He showed up at 6:10 pm. He had called and said he ran into a very difficult cleaning job and was going to be late. I had to have the house clean that day due to the new renters moving in on Sunday, July 1. I had a sceduled appointment at 6pm in oceanside. I was late 1 1/2 hours.
