It is our feeling that because you do not utilize any chemicals or solvents, that the integrity of the carpet is preserved for a much longer time. The carpet just feels cleaner than when a completitor does the same job.

Zerorez' service is very professional from 1st contact to completion of their cleaning service. They do not use chemicals that leave a residue and make the carpet gather more dirt. The technicians are polite and well-trained in the cleaning process. Thank you for caring for my carpet!

Robert does a FANTASTIC job. He really cares. My husband has had strokes and shuffles his feet, therefore my carpeting gets very dirty. Robert works very hard to get it as clean as possible. He has even come back when the dirt has come back up. Thank you

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

First, you never called to reschedule when your truck could not get down the driveway. Second, the work on my couches were sub-par to say the least. When I called your office to discuss this, they told me the driver would call me to discuss what he had tried to do. Two days later and I still have not received a call. I used to rave about Zero Rez in my real estate business circles, not anymore.
