The workman did a very good job, BUT the truck was so noisy that our neighbors a block down the street came to our door and complained about it. It was quite embarassing to us. If we use ZEROREZ again it would only be on condition that a quieter truck be used.

IT'S WED. ZERO REZ WAS HERE ON MONDAY AND THE CARPET IS STILL WET IN THE BATHROOM AND BEDROOM. WE CAN SMELL THE MILDEW ODER IN THE BEDROOM COMING FROM THE STILL DAMP CARPET.
KIETH DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF CLEANING AND THE STAINS ARE GONE BUT THE CARPET IS STILL DRYING OUT. IT IS STLL DAMP.

The technician, Marcel, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the process so I could understand it. There was no chemical after-odor.
My only negative is that I was told by someone in the home office that we could use the carpet an hour after treatment. Marcel said that it would take overnight and he was right. Even the next morning, there was enough dampness to not put the furniture back. That would have been less of a problem if we had been told beforehand. Marcel left booties to wear and cautioned us on how to use them.
Aside from that one issue, I would recommend your company.

Josh the man who came to my home and performed the cleaning was friendly, polite and got right to work. He did a fantastic job. The process was easier than I thought, the care given to my furniture was GREAT and the cleaning worked to get out all the old dirt and build up. I have already shared this with several family and friends and will start using your service every six minths to make sure I keep my carpet looking this good. You let us know on the day of the appointment about when you will be here. Technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. The best part - my carpets look fabulous - close their original color and texture, with no residue or smell. You also guarantee your work. We recommend you to our construction clients who need expert carpet services.
I'm completely in favor of cleaning my carpets without soap. The Empowered Water, or electrolyzed/osidized water, really gets my carpets CLEAN!!! After the carpet dries, the fibers feel soft against my bare feet....unlike other carpet cleaning jobs using soap. I've used Zerorez twice over the last 2 years, and I'm now a lifetime customer!!! The technicians are friendly, courteous, neat, efficient, and careful. The call center is top rate when it comes to confirming appointments! Bravo Zerorez....see you again!

The employee (Jorge) represented Zerorez very effictively. It was a pleasure to have him clean the carpet. Very business like.
I am not sure it was worth over $100 extra to have Zerorez do the work but will make a decision on that in a couple weeks. I believe there are a couple places that could have been cleaned better. I am not saying this was the tech's fault but perhaps a little extra special spray and a bit more time spent cleaning the soiled spots might have helped.
