Rapid response and excellent service

Larry, the technician was GREAT!! He did a great job and was very friendly. My carpet was a huge disaster and it looks almost new. I did not get a call from the office telling me what time he was coming and no one answered when I called. I was expecting someone the day before, but the truck broke. Larry called me after 12 to ask if he could come early. I didn't even know he was coming at all. Call center I give a 1. Larry I give a 10.

I like the process because it doesn't use chemicals and leaves my carpet feeling fresh without any smells. Also, it's less likely to pick up and retain dirt without the chemicals. Your technicial Marcel was very knowledgeable, a good worker and very pleasant. I will definitely recomment your services.

I was called the night before my appointment as a reminder. Jason, the technician called again when he was on his way. My carpet looks wonderful. He got up stains from my dog that I was not sure would go away. Will recommend to friends and use again.

The technician was very professional and nice. Not sure of his name but e is the operations manager from O.C. My carpet is very clean and altho it is too soon to tell,I am hoping it stays this clean for a very long time. Will let you know.

I wouldn't say I was really disappointed, I would just say that for how expensive it is I really am not sure it's worth it. The tech was very nise and helpfully. I was really happy with how fast my carpet dried but that night I vacuumed my carpets and found alot of powder/ dust still in my carpet and I'm not sure how effective it was. My 2 stairs are still a bit dirty looking and I feel that the cleaning I do does a better job. The tech pointed out 2 spots that wouldn't come out and I already new about them but I found a couple more that he seemed to miss and had to get those my self. So all in all the tech was great I just don't think the process was that fantastic.

Paul, the technician, was friendly, courteous, and explained the cleaning process. He completed the work in a timely manner and did an outstanding job. The carpets were thoroughly cleaned and looked new when he was done. He left booties for us to use which was very thoughtful.

I will recommend Zerorez and Paul to others and will request Paul the next time we need service.

The paperless system of receipts being sent via e-mail is eco-friendly.

Zerorez is a first class operation. The call center to schedule an appointment is a 10, my technician, Dennis Kennedy is rated well over a 10 in being prompt, courtious, and very professional. I had a love seat and sofa cleaned this time and my carpets done the last time Zerorez was at my home. They are all just like brand new. I would NOT use any other company to clean my furniture or carpets. My tile and grout is next!!!! Many kudo's to Zerorez.

I am comfortable with the environmental impact of the product and First name removed, the technician, was great - he explained everything he was going to do and gave me some great advise for future carpet care.

I have had Zerorez clean my carpets now three times. The first time was GREAT, the second time there was a problem getting out some stains by the bed (this was done just before Thanksgiving), otherwise it looked good. This time, I just don't think for the price and only 6 months later that the traffic areas got as clean as they should be. I have no pets and I am the only person living there.

I like the method Zerorez uses to clean the carpets. I have used your carpet cleaning method three times and I have been very pleased that my carpet looks wonderful. The carpet looks great and feels soft and fresh to my feet. The carpet is still damp so I'm not able to put items back on the carpet. I don't remember the carpet taking this long to dry the last time the carpet was cleaned. I like your Call Center. They are eager to assist with questions or issues in a timely manner. The technicians arrive professionally dressed and they speak English. Zerores is the only carpet cleaning service I use!
