Zerorez has an advanced scheduling and payment process. I really liked all that. The technician was very good. He was on-time and professional. The carpets were cleaned VERY well. I did feel that my carpets were rinsed very well and there was no smell. I liked the entire process overall.

I am generally happy with the service I have been provided by ZeroRez. This time, I asked the service provider if one of my small bedrooms counted, since there was very little carpet space since half the room is taken up by a very large bed, and I asked if perhaps it could be counted as one room including the hallway, since it doesn't take much effort to clean the very small room. In the past, when I have made similar requests for small areas, I have not been charged for two areas that are really one area. The technician didn't seem to give it much thought and just said it is still a room. While I may still use you next time, I am likely to get a competitive price from another firm first.
Ricky the technician was very professional. He did a great job cleaning. My carpet looks great.
Only negative comment is the initial call. I was unable to speak to a representative right away. I had to leave a message and wait to be called back. Altogether a minor issue, but one that was a bit frustrating, considering I needed an answer regarding scheduling on my end.
Other than that my experience with your company was superb. Your technicians arrived well within the time window and called to let me know they were coming-instead of just showing up. I had some special needs regarding my dogs and asked them to call me as soon as they arrived. They did and waited patiently while I tended to the dogs. Both men had neat and clean appearances and uniforms. They were well spoken, very courteous and professional. Their knowledge of the product and services was extensive and complete. Both men showed an honest like of and belief in the company-a hard thing to find these days. They were conscientious of my home while here and went about their duties in a more than competent manner. Your costs were simple and straight forward, and there were no upsells or hidden fees that I had to contend with. As a rule, I always deal with services like this so my wife doesn’t have to. Reasoning here is simple: Too often wives are taken advantage of by services that come to your home. Like my wife, many other women have no knowledge of the service being performed and what is actually needed as opposed to what is not or is extra. After dealing with your company and the men who came to my home, I would feel confident that if my wife dealt with your company, she would have no trouble or issue. In the end, my carpets were left clean and fresh making the overall experience outstanding. I have had carpets cleaned before by competitors and your company far exceeded them all in every way. This definitely was NOT an out-of-the-back-of-a-van operation, performed by an incompetent, sloppy and impossible to understand clown! Well done Zerorez.

Everything went great and the technicians were very friendly, informative and helpful.
Friendly, know their business and very efficient. I like the idea of not using chemicals in the cleaning process. My off white carpet had some stains and they took care of them and the stains have not reappeared like they have in the past with the use of chemical cleaning agents.
He explained the process and the technique used and did a great job!

Dear Jeff Christensen,
I have used Zero Rez for nine years and have alway recommended your services to my friends and family AND clients. I am throughly convinced that it is the only/BEST way to clean carpets AND upholstery. This is the first time that I have had an unsatisfactory result and I think it might be the fault of the shelter dog that I have saved from euthanasia.
I think her need to establish (mark her territory) a place in her new home has made the cleaning more difficult. Also I have a mirrored Jewelry cabinet in the corner of one of the rooms cleaned and Diego must have hit it with the cleaning wand and cracked the very bottom mirror just above the mirrored legs. I will send photo of both the rug result and the cracked mirror so you can see what I am referring to. This does not in any way lessen my belief and support in the Zero Rez Method of cleaning. I still believe it is the best.
I would appreciate it if Diego could go over the one affected place one more time if he is in the neighborhood, I gave him a $60.00 tip and I will do it again if we can scrub it one more time.

cleaning process
Josh was terrific. He called to confirm his arrival time (within the two hour projected time) and went through the whole job to confirm our problem areas and needs. He took extra precautions to avoid damage to our walls & corners. And the job was done in a timely and efficient manner with great results. We couldn't be happier. Thanks to Josh and Zerorez for a job well done!
The cleaning of the stairs was very quick and not very effective. Last time the operator used a special stairs tool to do a better job. This time he just used the large carpet cleaner tool. When I showed him lots of (dirty) water still in the stair drop, he had packed away his vacuum, and said it will dry clean. The stairs have dirty sides and drops.
