The tech showed up on time and was very friendly. My carpet on my stairs looks brand new. I had them cleaned 8 months ago and they never looked cleaned to me, but again it was a different process not zerorez. I already have given recomendations to use you to 3 friends.

I liked the results. My carpets look great. Only problem: I was supposed to get a $25.00 discount, and the tech did not give it to me. I didn't catch it until now.

The 'tech' - (to call him merely a "tech" is an insult) Robert, was amazing, professional, courteous and accommodating. His knowledge and skill sold me. Based on his performance, (and his performance alone) I would recommend the company. I felt that the process to get him to the service call was disjointed and spastic at best.

First name removed Dental called on Thursday 5-31 for an emergency carpet cleaning....Talk about speed service. ZEROREZ you guys are the best!!!!

I had the option to schedule a visit by phone or E-mail. I chose E-mail and received my appointment quickly and efficiently. I called the service center with queswtions which were answered professionally and correctly. The technician, Marcel, was courteous, showed up on time (even called and asked if he may come early) and was obviously experienced and knowledgable. He behaved as if the business was his. The job came out far better than my expectations.

Not clear on what furniture would be moved for cleaning, some damage to wall when moving chairs, didn't put away hose being used, carpet has somewhat of crusty feel instead of original soft feel and water left for us to cleanup along stair wood side trim.

I love that my carpets are totally clean without those harsh chemicals- my kids can be laying on the carpet the same evening and I know that they are safe. My technician, Livingston, did an amazing job and was kind to my kids. He did a great job.

Call Center: e-mailed the schedule and called the day before to confirm. Technicians: very professional how they interacted with our senior residents, knowlede of their equipment and the Zerorez process. Showed up on time. Worked well with our crew to make sure our residents were safe around the vacuum and water hoses that were strung throuogh our hallways ( about 600 ft.)

I felt from the initial phone call I made to Zerorez to ask questions about my carpet cleaning needs, to calling again to schedule an appointment, and lastly the technician who did the cleaning, that Zerorez employs honorable, pleasant and efficient individuals. The tech was even able to remove a stain I haven't been able to get out for more than two years. Wow!!! I will gladly call them the next time their services are needed.

Rapid response and excellent service

Larry, the technician was GREAT!! He did a great job and was very friendly. My carpet was a huge disaster and it looks almost new. I did not get a call from the office telling me what time he was coming and no one answered when I called. I was expecting someone the day before, but the truck broke. Larry called me after 12 to ask if he could come early. I didn't even know he was coming at all. Call center I give a 1. Larry I give a 10.

I like the process because it doesn't use chemicals and leaves my carpet feeling fresh without any smells. Also, it's less likely to pick up and retain dirt without the chemicals. Your technicial Marcel was very knowledgeable, a good worker and very pleasant. I will definitely recomment your services.
