Technician was nice. Like the cleaning process
Robert Keith. the techinician, was very professional and worked with me on areas that needed special attention. I will be using zerorez within the next several months to clean my tile.
The technician called to let us know he would be arriving in 20-30 minutes time - and did. He did a fabulous job on our carpet. I have referred friends/family/colleagues and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work! Thank you.
The man was very nice that cleaned my carpet and it looks great we wished we would have been told how much it cost to stretch the carpet it was too much for the small amount that was so I would tell people to get the pricing before other work is done otherwise I was happy with the carpet cleaning
I think your process is a great idea. Your call center personnel was courteous and helpful when I needed to call back for a later time. Diego did a great job. The corner furniture protectors are a good idea. Diego was professional and pleasant. I'm glad I have a certificate to use for the next time I need carpet cleaning.
The rugs look great and I even recommended Zerorez to my neighbor. Unfortunately your truck leaked diesel fuel on the driveway and on my neighbors driveway.The roads were recently covered in black top and the stains are very visible.

I like how clean it stays because no soap is used. They can clean our home in an hour to an hour and a half. They are very efficient. Our carpet is 17 years old, but doesn't look it as they leave it so clean each time that it doesn't wear out.

On time and very professional.
I love the fact that Zero Rez uses no soaps to clean. Larry was super helpful and taught me what to do and what not to do. He even rearranged his schedule when I could be home at my appointed time and he had to fix his truck when a belt broke. Larry is the best and I will be asking for him when I need my carpets (and tile) cleaned again.

I was looking for a chem and fragrance- free service. Your service did not disappoint. The cleaning was completed late afternoon and in the morning the pieces were dry with no odor, no residue. Too good to be true. The technician, Josh, was efficient, courteous and very patient with my many questions about the cleaning product and process. I had old stains on my sofa. I couldn't believe the results. Excellent!

This was the second time I have used Zerorez, and the first time I had furniture cleaned. Once again, everything came out looking like new. And Keith was friendly, very detail-oriented, and ON TIME (actually, a bit early! When does that ever happen???) The smell was fresh and not like the nasty carpet-soap smell.

Both young men were highly informed of the cleaning process for my carpet and did an excellent, superior cleaning. I will NOT use anything but Zerorez to ever clean my carpets. My carpet in the hallway was especially smelly and your pet cleaning process left the hall clean and fresh. You are on my calendar for an annual cleaning and deodorizing.
