No smell associated with a clean carpet.

Price was a little high
I felt your pricing was not consistent with your advertisment; I was not given a sense of the cost until an analysis was completed and it was more than triple the advertised amount. If people know up front about cost, they may not be so upset after the fact

Zerorez has been our first choice for many years. The results have always been wonderful; not only leaving the carpets extremely clean, but soft and fluffed up. They feel like new again. And, the carpets stay cleaner for a longer period of time since no soap residue is left behind which attracts new dirt.
