This was the most I've ever paid for carpet cleaning in 25 years of having carpets cleaned but if what your technician said is true and the cleaning that you provided really does last much longer than a regular cleaning then it was worth it, especially if your way is better on the carpet resulting in the carpet holding up longer. I'll let you know in 6 months when we usually would schedule another cleaning if it was worth the cost using Zerorez. The company is very professional and organized. Tom did a great job and was also very professional about his work.

It seems to clean better than any other carpet cleaning service I've tried. I appreciate that since I have a very large area rug and they agreed to clean it for the special price of $199...I ended up wishing I'd had them clean my Bedroom as well....next time! The Tech was very nice, and did a great job. When I asked him to go over a small section one more time, he didn't act put out or like he minded at all. Its hard for me to "speak up" sometimes, so I appreciate how he responded. Overall, a very good experience!

Zerorez was not your typical pull the machine in your house kind of service. It was a truck mounted professional service. The technician was professional, the process took the dirty water down a long tube back out to the truck. Its been 2 weeks and the dirt has not reappeared as with my last service. My white carpets are clean and soft. I will use them again.

The ease in making an appt was key to the successful cleaning of my carpets. I had a runner which needed to be cleaned outdoors. When I saw that the weather was to be good, I called and you set an appt quickly.
Our technician, Diego, was kind, knowledgable and very nice to my children. I would recommend him to a friend.
I spoke with him about tile cleaning and sealing as well, he was honest about what could be done and what might work on my tile.
I also appreciated that when I phoned the day of the appt to confirm the time, the operator checked in with the technician and narrowed the window time of his arrival.

No residue. Carpets were lightly damp and dried very quickly. Professional staff.

The cleaning of the stairs was very quick and not very effective. Last time the operator used a special stairs tool to do a better job. This time he just used the large carpet cleaner tool. When I showed him lots of (dirty) water still in the stair drop, he had packed away his vacuum, and said it will dry clean. The stairs have dirty sides and drops.
