The experience with Zerorez is an A+ from the call to make the appointment to when the truck pulls away from the house. The company is fair in pricing and the technicians really know the product. The carpet is clean with no residue and it doesn't take forever to dry. I only use this company for carpet cleaning and have made my first appointment for tile cleaning. I'm sure they will excel at that endeavor too.

There isn't anything I DON'T like! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Never late and the service is great. I have been having carpet cleaned by various companies over 40 years and I only wish you guys were available many years ago. Only since I began using Zerorez about 5 years ago does the carpet not only look really clean but FEEL really soft without any soapy,sticky residue left behind. Just like it does when it's new. It's worth every penny every time you guys come out!

My couch nor my was not cleaned to my expectation and it remained wet after over 24 hours! And my carpet has dirty spots that appears that most diets were just pushed that way! I'm very disappointed and unsure if I'll ever use zerorez again!

Larry was clean, polite, efficent and showed up on time. He answered all of my questions and did a super job. I had no idea the grout in the bathroom was blue and not grey! The service was more expensive than others, but I'm hoping it was worth it. I'll know in a few months if the carpets stay clean. They didn't after I had them cleaned 3 months ago by another company.

Your service technician was a "no can do" kind of guy. He left dirt residue all along our stairs and missed a large spot in the bedroom. We had to vacuum after the service. He called me and said that he thought he locked his keys in pur house. He clearly rushed the job and didnt care about the consequences. Some parts of our stairs have spots that were not there before!

Ricky was such a great young man. So polite and hard working. My carpets were a mess and I really appreciate the fact that he worked so diligently and was very cheerful.
He also did a great job explaining the drying process to me so that I would not stain my carpet.
I know that carpet cleaning can be a thankless job and a tough one. So I wanted to make sure you knew what a great technician Ricky was.
He represents your company very well. I certainly hope that his character and hard work will be rewarded.
It is rare to meet someone doing this kind of tough work with such a positive attitude.

I like the end result of your cleaning process for our carpet. I like that your technicians are dressed appropriately and professional. I like that the technicians arrive at the slated time and call when they are within 10 to 15 minutes to arrival. I have uses Zerorez for many years. When on rare occasions when more attention needed for the carpets or furniture, the response from the company was immediate. I have recommended Zerorez before and I will again.

I found the entire process so easy. My initial phone call connected me to the friendliest and most helpful person who helped me understand the process and found an appointment time that worked with my schedule. The technician that came out was super friendly and did an amazing job. Usually the get the other company who just wants to get in and our tech went the extra mile to do an amazing job. I thought we needed new carpet, turn out we just needed to find Zerorez!

Good in all respects.

I particularly liked that I was able to make an appointment within 2 days of my request. I was having 50 people over for my husband's birthday the next weekend. He was very polite and informative as I hadn't cleaned this carpet in some time and had spots that I thought needed special attention thinking they were mold( they were greenish) when in fact they were just spots that had taken the color out of a section or two from the sun. Special care was take for corners of the walls were the hoses would touch. My husband (and I)was absolutely AMAZED at how clean the rub FELT afterwards because it didn't have that "crunchy" feeling from the dried soap as it had with all the previous cleanings. My carpet was installed in 1984 and it looks as good as any carpeting 1/2 it's age!!!!

I can't begin to tell you how pleased I was with the whole process. The young man who did the work was courtious and did an excellent job both on the carpet and cleaning the sofas. He was gracious to the enteruptions from neighbors and took the time to answer there questions. The whole experience was pleasant from my first call to the finished project. Thank you!

I wasn't there when the work was being done, but the results are GREAT !!! My carpet wa horribly dirty, I couldn't believe they got up the stains and dirt. I would DEFINITELY use their services again!

Josh was a very nice man and did great work in a resonable lenght of time. The process is great. It leaves my rugs clean, soft and stain free. We have a cat!!
I wish you had this service in Palm Desert for us to use in that house.

Technician Tom was very professional, friendly and very thorough. I love the way the carpet feels after it has been cleaned with this process and I feel good that the carpet is free of soap and odors.
