Paul Scianni was prompt and professional. Our carpets look good and they were very very dirty. We had ignored them thinking they were going to be replaced. I set the appointment quickly and I had to have the technican out by 8am so I could get off to work. Brett called at 7:50 am to let me he was 10 minutes away. He got there at 8 am and the job was complete by 9:30am. The carpet looked great and Brett was so nice and informative.I plan to have my furniture cleaned in August and I will call your company.

LARRY SANDERS is the best advertisement you could hope for. There was a mix up with the start time and we had already organized our day. I tried to call the office and there was no way to reach anyone, whichis not a greatbusiness strategy with no phonenumber for Saturday service. Moreover, the Service Tech DID NOT call us to let us know that he was on his way, whichis what we were told would be the case. Two days prior when Zerorez called us to confirm the appoiontment, the person told me that we were the FIRST house on the docket and the time would be closer to 8 a.m. and not 10 o' clock! It was extremely frustrating and not a good beginning. I also sent emails and in fact sent another one yesterday.

Brett, the Service Tech was very nice and did a FANTASTIC job but the overall experience was not a positive one because of how things started out in the morning. Also, the truck knocked a huge branch off of a city tree planted in the fron t of our house, which my husband says he will take of instead of calling the city.

If I were to use Zerorez again I would ask for Brett because he did an excellent job on the carpets but because signals were so crossed, it was a very uncomfortable start. He said that he had been on another job before us and that made me feel that somewhere, somehow there was something amiss with communication.

I was very satisfiend with the cleaning. My slight hesitation in referring your company is because the technician left a noticable knick my bed baseboard. I've called and left a message for your office to call me tomorrow to discuss a repair.

The technician was very personable and did a good job. He was able to remove stains that previous carpet cleaners could not. And the carpet feels softer than it usually does after a cleaning. Perhaps the sealant used in other processes creates a crusty effect that the Zerorez process does not. I am definitely satisfied and plan to call upon Zerorez again in the future.

This is the first time we have used Zero Rez. The customer service process and reminders were goo, the technician was prompt, thorough, polite and informative. The results were good and I have already recommended Zero Rez to a neighbor.

I was extremely impressed with all of your services. The call center provided well spoken employees who were educated on the cleaning processes. The technician (Rob) worked very hard to give me the best possible job. Rob also educated me on the Zerorez carpet process. I was impressed with the mega huge truck and the capability of your machines. The truck was new and clean. I can't say enough, Zerorez gave me the best possible clean without residue.

I think your prices are too high, however if the carpet is still "clean" after 6 months I"ll feel better that I got my monies worth

Bing a first time customer, my experience was very positive. The individual who made my appointment was pleasant and professional. Josh was the person that came to my home and was pleasant, professional and very concerned that I was pleased with the job he had done. I will definitely use zerorez again.

Promp and called ahead of time. Spoke English, Did a good job and is drying sooner than before.

We have used your service about 5 times now and each job was done timely, professionally, and looked GREAT. We have had some bad experiences in the past with the "Coupon Carpet Cleaners", but ZEROREZ makes our carpetes look like new and spots don't magically reapper two weeks later.

The ZEROREZ process is a little more expensive, but it's a case of you get what you pay for.

The technician was very professional and thorough. The carpets were very well cleaned. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for regularly cleaning.
