I was quoted $106 over the phone and told that the price may be adjusted once they view the job. When they arrived and quoted me- the price was $310! I was blown away by the huge discrepancy. They have cleaned my carpets before, so it should have been similar to what it was before. I got the impression that the technician gets paid based upon how much he sells me, so I felt like I was ripped off
I'm really happy with how clean everything turned out! And the tech was just super pleasant and helpful. Very very happy.

WE have used Zerorez several times and have always had prompt and excellent service. They have always went beyond expectations each time. We will certainly use them next time we need carpets cleaned. Carpets look like new.

I liked that it took less time than our regular carpet cleaners, dries faster, and doesn't leave our house with that chemical smell! We really liked the guy who came out both times. Having a consistent service person is very important to us, so it was nice that he remembered our house from last time and was able to work out a great deal for us for only the spots that really needed cleaning. Overall we've had a great experience with this company from the time we first called them to end of the service visit!
Maybe you can have other services listed with their prices so customers don't feel like they are being "upselled".

I've been using Zeroz for a while now. I like the carpet cleaning, and love the grout cleaning.
It's quick, dries fast, and no chemicals. I just did the 3 room carpet special, plus the 100 feet grout special, and they were done in less than an hour.

Tech was honest & said my carpet really needs replaced due to dog urine but I chose to have him clean it & it looks a lot better after about 24 hours the smell went away & im happy w outcome I've heard very good comments on Zerorez. Thank you
Carpet turned out great! Technician was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable.
From start to finish Zerorez staff was professional, timely and courteous. Brian, the field representative, was wonderful. He explained everything he was doing while he was doing it. When he was finished our carpets were dirt and stain free. We could not have been more pleased with Zerorez and the service we received.
We are going to make another appointment to have another room's carpet and several pieces of furniture clean in the near future and we will request Brian.
Will recommend Zerorez to everyone.
