The entire operation is extremely professional from "scheduling the appointment" to "the service representatives" -----Every contact I had with their employees was handled with "professionalism".----Their training program throughout their company should be followed by other companies !!
WHILE THE ROOMS LOOKED FAIRLY CLEAN, DESPITE TURNING DOWN THE UPSALE, THERE WERE A COUPLE OF AREAS THAT WERE EXTREMELY WET, IN THE MASTER, AND ONE MODERATELY WET IN ONE OF THE OTHER BEDROOMS. IM DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THE ADVERTISEMENTS ARE ALWAYS SAYING HOW THERE IS LESS RESIDUE AND FASTER DRYING TIMES. I GUESS I DIDNT REALIZE THAT DRYNESS IS PART OF THE UPSALE,
I love the awesome customer service & how clean you get my carpets. I will say one thing. My technician said he got out these 3 little bleachlike stains in my master bedroom & I was so happy about that but they reappeared last night. Outside of that, no complaints. Excellent job!!
PS: I already referred you to my parents & they loved the service as well!

still spotting left, I think you really need to look closer and pre spot the carpet better. As for the free tile cleaning not a good job! What methods do you use? I would like a touch up job and then I can recommend your services. The young man was very courteous.

Talon did an excellent job of getting plumber's paste off our stairs! He represented your company very professionally. He showed up first thing in the morning after calling, and we were very pleased. We were moving into a home and the carpets and grout were disgusting, the property management place had the floors cleaned twice before we moved in. I called Zerorez the day before we moved in and they came and made the floors and carpet look amazing, they even showed us how much the previous cleaner left behind. Very happy with Zerorez and the before and after pictures prove that they are the best floor cleaning company out there.

Well, there are two main reasons I like your service:). The first is that the gentleman who did the work did a great job and was extremely helpful and informative. He explained things very well regarding your products, as well as the types of issues that my carpet had (and how best to deal with them). The other reason is, I like and understand the process that your system uses, and feel quite good about the lack of "cleaning agents" that so often leave a residue. Since the solution you all use is a base, then I can appreciate how it can work affectively against organic stains, the most common types. That is, after all what a base does, is dissolve organic material. So, as I said, it makes sense and I like this way of cleaning better than simply throwing a bunch of cleaning products at the problem that, though they may clean the carpet, DO leave a residue of chemicals behind:(.
I APPRECIATE THE EASE OF SCHEDULING EVEN THOUGH I ONLY CALLED 1 DAY BEFORE I NEEDED IT DONE, THE CARPET LOOKED GREAT AND WHEN I CALLED TO GET A COPY OF MY INVOICE THE NEXT DAY, IT WAS SENT TO ME BY EMAIL RIGHT AWAY. I AM IMPRESSED WITH THE AWESOME SERVICE I RECEIVED. I HAD USED A DIFFERENT COMPANY A YEAR AGO WITH MY OTHER HOUSE AND THE COMPANY I USED LEFT NEW INK STAINS ON MY CARPET AND WHEN I CALLED THEM TO SEE HOW THEY WERE PLANNING TO MAKE IT RIGHT, THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK EVER. SO, COMPARED TO MY LAST EXPERIENCE WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY, I AM THANKFUL AND THRILLED WITH HOW WELL ZEROREZ TOOK CARE OF ME.
