When Brian came to my house he was super polite and nice he did his walkthrough and explain to me all the process what was going to happen he didn't try to upcharge or sell me anything that I didn't need and I respect that he was super detailed oriented and I would recommend him to everyone I'm so pleased how my carpets came out thank you so much Brian I will be using you again.

Carpeting did not appear any different after cleaning.
The only issue I had is that it is 36 hours later, and parts of my carpet are still slightly damp, and I have had 3 fans blowing on it since it was cleaned. I would have liked to have had the man (Zack) extract more of the cleaning solution out of my carpet than was done. It was very squishy and wet, and in my opinion extremely humid in my room because of it. I had to buy 2 de-humidifiers for my room to get rid of the odor left behind. That part was a disappointing to me. I hope that I don't get mold growth!
Zerorez did an excellent job in cleaning my carpet and tile, this is about the third time I have used this company. I found them on the Morning Blend TV show, this is one of few that really stand behind what they advertise.
