This was my first time. Products seem to really clean spots and dirt.
My carpet always looks so clean without the stiffness associated with some carpet cleaners. I love the protective layer after cleaning that makes it so easy to clean off spills.
Doesn't seem like the carpet got all that clean... don't know if that's because the carpet is getting old. Our tech wasn't willing to wash our stone tile despite its being done numerous times before.
Loved the service and the promptness and the personable service! Need more of a deodorizer or freshener ... and it does take a while to dry is the only items I would like to have more of and would think would be the only improvement!
Seems to get the carpets clean and doesn't leave a chemical smell. Andrew was very efficient and had them done in no time. He was also very helpful and had some good suggestions

Carpeting and tile cleaning were well done; both gentlemen were very kind, friendly and professional. The prices are high, though. Next time around I'll need to do some comparison shopping.

The worker was great and did not seem to cut any corners. He worked hard and I sincerely appreciated his work.
I'm very satisfied with the work, the only thing is that the price was little premium. I ended up paying 480 total. If the price was little lower, i would definitely give your service a 10. I'm still satisfied and will gladly refer you guys to others, with caution for the cost.
Zerorez knows what they're doing! The first person I spoke with, Karen, was very personable when taking my information and setting up my appt. And then our 2 techs were very knowledgeable about cleaning rugs, carpets, furniture, etc. They got to work and did an unbelievable job on our carpets and 3 large area rugs. My carpeting and rugs all look brand new again, and that's no exaggeration. They came out spotlessly clean, and they all feel much softer, too.

We had our carpets cleaned thls week and are very satisfied with the job that Carlos did. In fact this was the BEST job that Zerorez has done for us. Carlos was very professional as well as personable and we will certainly request him the next time we need cleaning again.
I asked him about the sofa and he quoted me $250. I will be calling in the next couple of weeks to have that done and will make sure to ask for Carlos to do the job.
I thought for sure that the stains and smells in the carpet would never come out. Now my carpet looks brand new.

GREAT service, the results were perfect and it didn't take very long. Price is the only problem. $600+ for downstairs tile and 14 stairs seemed a bit much.
I was told about 2 stains, after the cleaning. I would have like to had
more treatment to those area's seemed barely effected by the cleaning. I
had to attempt to clean those spots myself. Was over all disappointed
in the overall cleaning.

Told me about different specials that he could offer and how long it was going to take to dry. And gave me a great tip to use in case of any spills. Have told my family and friends about Zerores Las Vegas. Thanks for the great looking carpet that we have now.
We have been happy customers for many years. They are prompt, nice and professional. Our carpets and tile floors look almost brand new and they are 15 years old with two teenage boys and a big dog that is saying alot!!!! We could not be happier with this company and their method of carpet cleaning.

Technition, David, arrived on time and finished on time. Carpets look brand new. Price was very reasonable and in line with estimate. Have already recommended ZEROREZ to several friends.
The worker who showed up at the house was professional and got to work right away. I have a big dog that I wanted him to say hello to, before I put her outside. He as totally cool with that and it saved us a lot of barking from the dog. The carpets look great. I received a 100 sq. ft. of free tile and grout cleaning and he was amazed at how clean ours already was. It was nice for him to be honest and not try to sell me something I didn't really need.
