Service was excellent and considering I called and they provided same day service which I really needed this fact alone is quite something. The technicians were outstanding, capable, helpful and their work ethic was impressive. The carpets and grout turned out better than I ever expected and I would recommend you as you give top quality for the dollar.
I think your service is great and the carpets have never been cleaner and our flooring is fairly old. Your tech's are great too, accept this last service, the tech guesstimated on some throw rugs which was an additional charge to us for the error. But when I called the gentleman handling my call wowed me with his exceptional sensitivity to our concern and offered us an additional discount on our next service which I appreciated very much. Overall I'd give you guys an A+ for your overall performance! Thanks

The quality of the cleaning was so-so vs the price charged and the reasons why the price quoted 'had' to be increased.
The cleaner was absolutely awesome. I wish the cost were a bit lower, and unfortunately they were unable to get out most of stuff in the high traffic areas.

Better prices and stop paying your technicians to upsell.
My carpet looks a bit cleaner after the second technician went over it. Both helpful technicians explained that my 3 year old carpet, which was rated "better" stain master carpet and "best" padding from Lowes, was still in "okay" shape. It was just worn out and would not come clean. This is a problem for me because I want to sell the home. I want it to show well. Because I mentioned that I wanted to sell the home, both techs told me the new owners would likely replace the carpets and not to worry about them. When I showed continued concern about selling a home with stained carpet the second tech asked what I was running from that I had to sell the house, why did I buy such a big house if I did not need it, and expressed pity that my adult children no longer wanted to live at home. Then he guessed at my age and was very pleased to note that I am old enough to have adult children. In summary, the carpets had to be cleaned twice and traffic stains are still visable, the technicians offer unsolicited life coaching and I am not satisfied. I just want clean carpets, not excuses, not life coaching, I will not recommend this company.

I don't see the difference of Zerorez cleaning carpets than any other Carpet Cleaning company in town and your prices are triple what all other companies are.

I've been having my carpet cleaned for several years , about every 4 months...this is the best it's looked and felt..plus the tile cleaning made them almost like new....very pleased with the results,company and technician..he explained how the system works without overselling...Definitely will be using them again....until I put in new flooring.

The cleaning & pet treatment worked out great but what put you all over the top is your service. The technician was pleasant and very professional. It truly felt like he wanted to make sure I was happy with the service.
Your service guy did a nice job and attempted to sell other services as is his job. I just had an old carpet that needed to get as much dirt out as possible. Price was a little high for the area actually cleaned. Very polite operator.
Our technician was Zak and he did the best job yet! Zerorez has always been good, but Zak did a great job!!
