I love that that Ryan and Chris told me what needed to be done and then worked with me on the price to get it as close to my budget as possible. They took their time and the carpet looks great! I also love that the carpet dried by the end of the evening, or so it seemed and there was no after smell like with some of the traditional cleaners. The guys were courteous, personable and very knowledgeable. We also found out they clean mattresses and cars, both of which we need. So my next review should be soon😉
My carpet looks new after it was cleaned. Can't wait to have the rest of my house done soon!!!!

Well let me tell you how my experience went with your company. From the very first phone call. I spoke to Angela. She was delightful , and told me all I needed to know about the service that I needed performed at my home. Chris, the technician arrived at the scheduled time frame and was the most delightful young man I have encountered in awhile. He explained all that needed to be done, step by step and everything he said happened and now my carpets and tile look amazing. Thank for your attention to detail and making me a very happy woman.........

We were able to get an appointment right away and got a live person on the phone, without too many prompts! The cleaning technicians who came to the house did a great job and explained the various cleaning options to us. They also let us know what could and couldn't be brought back to looking new. After they left, we discovered a few spots we hadn't noticed and they returned within a few hours and took care of these. They did a great job with the cat stains and let us know how to clean future mishaps. Previous to the cleaning, we removed an area rug that showed us what the "real" color of the carpet was. After the cleaning, we could barely see the difference. We are very pleased with the result.

Our representative, Brian, was excellent in providing us a superior quality of both technical service and customer service. We would use Zerorez again and would also request that he take care of our carpet cleaning.
The problem started with the quote I was given over the phone. I had roughly 350 square feet of tile and wood flooring to get cleaned and I was under the impression that it would cost somewhere around $125. So I woke up at 4am to remove everything from the rooms which was a lot of work. Around 9am the guys show up and I'm quoted $244 for only 3/4 of what I needed cleaned! NOBODY TOLD ME THAT TILE IS $1 PER SQUARE FOOT! I understand that I could have rejected the bid, but my problem was all the work that had to be done to prepare for the cleaning. I took as much as possible out of the rooms to prepare for your arrival. The technician gave me a discount of $.13 per square foot, and I appreciate it, but it was way more than I ever expected to pay and I didn't even get my bedroom cleaned.

I'm very upset that I wasn't informed that tile is MUCH more expensive than carpet. I will never have any work done on my house again without a written estimate. If I had known how much it was going to be, I would have done it myself, but I work for a living and my time is limited. I heard your ad on 840am and you were saying that 3 rooms were like $99 bucks with a 100 square feet free. The woman who I initially spoke with never told me that it could cost more than double than your ad I heard on the radio.
If you want to make things right give me $50 back and tell your radio listeners that wood and tile is way more expensive!
