Will is fabulous. He has helped us twice with difficult stains on linen couch cushions
finish the job on the night you are supposed to do it not, 2 shifts coming back the next night etc..
They were on time and very professional!
We were doing a move out clean and the gentleman who came was super nice, it’s nothing against him. My issue is that it just seems like they’re sent to do the “quickest” job, not the “best” job or deepest clean they can do. I had higher expectations based on all the advertisements I’d heard and seen online claiming to be the best option in carpet cleaning.
You dont have to wait to long for our carpet to dry. And the tech did a very good job
They do such an amazing job! We’ve used them for tile, carpet, air ducts and furniture. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable and they truly leave zero residue.

Last month we had our carpets cleaned and we were very pleased with the outcome. Jaden was respectful, professional and honest. This week, we had tile and grout cleaning in the kitchen and bathrooms, the job was done in a couple of hours.

I have used Zerorez for years. This was the best experience I’ve had. Our technician, Zach was phenomenal. He was professional, efficient, courteous to protecting walls from hose, dried hard floors at the end very well (usually they are streaky) and thorough in his job and explanation of services. We had carpet and tile cleaned. All look brand new. Granted we are not hard on the surfaces to begin with but still came out looking new!
Wil called ahead to inform us of his arrival. He greeted us with a smile. Established a great price.
He took extra measures to be very professional at all times. I'm giving him a 10 out of 10.
We're looking forward to scheduling an appointment with him again.

I liked the special water that is used. No harsh smells left behind. The floors dried quickly.
