Great work, nice employees
Everything that is used is animal safe and it cleans the carpet really well. The person on the phone is very polite and the person that arrives to do the cleaning is very knowledgeable and doesn’t push you to buy things that you really don’t need. Very professional.
The first service was a joke. My rug looked terrible. I asked the guy if he was thru and he said yes. I told him that I wasn’t satisfied and he said I could call back for a re-clean. I said that I wasn’t going to do that and that I wasn’t going to pay. He then said that he wasn’t going to be with the company much longer and that if I didn’t pay that they would put a lien against my house and I would be blackballed from all the rug cleaners in town. I called Zero rez and left a message. No reply. I called again and talked to someone who seemed to care. They sent someone out the next day and totally cleaned the rug properly with the scrubber the way it should have been in the first place. I’ve always received great service before. I’ve used Zero rez for years. I’m pleased that the job was done properly.

The technician Jay was thorough, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He did an amazing job! Zerorez is the only company I ever use to clean my carpets do my air ducts and my dryer vent. The cost is more than other places, but it is worth it. I prefer the quality of work over the price. I have used services multiple times and have not ever been disappointed. Customer for life! ☺️

Well to be honest the first person must have new look very confused and come on quoted 860.00 $ for 3 bedrooms and 4 rugs bedroom 39$ each rug were 5x7 5x8 2x10 and 1and half x8 I said no way than he was going give me half off at 560$ than is not half off sorry 2 other bedroom steel have stains and one bedroom had a weird smell and it took him almost an hour to figure the prices out, something was not right about him even when he use is phone to add took him for ever.
