Fast and professional service with great results

Pricing transparency. 100% of the time I have booked ZeroRez, the ultimate cost ends up being at least 2, if not 3 times more than the original quoted cost. "pricing may vary based on the recommendations of your technician" is horribly deceptive, especially when, on arrival, the technician is calculating out areas based on a set price per area or price per square foot, etc that were never mentioned when booking the appointment. I had dog urine stains on a carpet. I have no idea what the difference between a "bio level 1" and "bio level 2" were going into the process, but they were very clearly defined and priced out when Angel was standing in my hallway. $99 special for "2 bedrooms and a hallway" turns into an $816+ cleaning job? This seems excessive. Your prices really need to be disclosed more transparently. The "Upsell" process is mentioned frequently in your Yelp reviews. You should review and rethink your sales process. I could have hired 1 person for each of the 3 areas to work for a full 8 hours straight on the carpet and paid less than that. Angel was here for a few hours and worked very hard, but not $200/hour hard. My carpet also still has stains and smells of urine. I have not moved any furniture (or pets) back into the area of questions and would gladly invite supervisory or management staff to review the work and see if they think it was satisfactory.
The worker was great, had a lot of experience, and did a great job. We have a couple of dogs and he indicated a bio service would neutralize any smell and help with the cleaning in worn areas. It worked fantastic.
The quality was beyond my expectations. He was honest and wanted everything done the best it could be without compromising due to time restraints or anything else.
It's great working with a company that can actually keep top workers for years.

I don't like the fact that I cannot get pricing until a worker comes to the house. Also, I should have been told up front that "I now don not have a choice" to decide what products are added to my cleaning services. ie: deodorizer, extra pet cleaning etc. You are outpricing yourself as your fees have now gone up 25%. I wish my salary went up 25%! I will be looking to other options for future cleaning services

I like how quick and easy it was and the results were great! Our technician, Will, was grea. He explained everything and all our options.
Easy to schedule, reasonably priced, on-time, always communicates arrival time or running late. The treatment they use on your rugs leaves no soapy residue, fresh smelling, and dries totally by the next day.
They have always been able to remove our stains in the carpets; however, this time the Tech immediately stated he wouldn’t be able to get the stain out. He applied “Level 1 and Level 2” on the stain (estra cost). Most came up; however, a small patch remained. We were a bit disappointed this time.

The product work like you said on your commercial, the zerorez pick up all the dirt left is clean like day one when I bought the carpet I am very satisfied with the service. It did not take a long time. It was very proficient getting in and getting out and the results was very surprising to me. I said he’s done in 30 minutes. How clean could the carpet be?
