Although the tech arrived on time, and was very nice, the carpet (staircase) was wet for a good 18 hours. And now the carpet feels a little crunchy. Maybe it will improve after it is vacuumed.

Good service and clean soap free carpet
The carpet cleaning looked great. The damaged ceiling fan did not. The crew didn't even bother to let me know and due to not wanting to walk on the wet carpet, I didn't check upstairs. Not really a whole lot that could make it right, except immediately being honest. I never called because it was two days later when I found it.
Your service tech, Travis, was professional and personable and did an excellent Job. The person who I made the appointment with was also great to speak with.
I will be using you guys from now on and I will recommend you guys to everyone I know.
Zerorez makes the process not only easy, but the product is excellent. All of their associates are well trained, courteous, friendly and professional. When the carpeting is dry, it looks like new. In my case I schedule the cleaning the day after the cleaning person, this way the vacuum part is done.
Since starting using Zerorez, I haven't given anyone else a second thought.

Wow!!!! Can't even start to say how amazed I was at the finished job. I've had my carpet cleaned before but they always gave me excuses why I still saw stains. When Zerorez finished it was like seeing brand new carpets. I can finally enjoy my living room again.

Extremely happy! EThan was amazing my technician he was amazing and got the rugs cleaned! I even asked him to redo a spot and he was happy to help me and do it! So I’m happy with their turnout and my rugs look clean and I waited too long to do them so happy. I finally got it done.
