The process it’s self
Everything went well, Braden the service tech arrived on time. It was very friendly and answered all my questions. He recommended Scotch guard, and explained everything well. Carpet dried in the normal timeframe and was very nice looking when it was completed.
Efficient, polite, helpful. Really like that there is no 'soap'.
You use clean products that do not smell. Your staff is courteous and knowledgeable.

I am so happy I chose Zerorez to clean our carpets! Zach was our technician and was respectful and thoroughly explained the process. We did add on deep cleaning services due to having cats and I am so glad. He even showed me later how much was picked up during the cleaning. The timeframe was approximately one hour to clean three rooms and my carpets look and feel brand new! I will definitely continue with Zerorez for their services and highly recommend that anyone who reads this to do the same.

The floor/ tile cleaning and carpet cleaning always turn out better then expected.
Second time ago traffic spots were not clean. This past time asked for pre treatment on spots. Extra wet when finished, but still not clean. Had to get down on hands and knees and use rag to get more dirt up Rags were very dirty when done.
