The service is always professional and great. My carpets look awesome afterwards. They look great forever until my dog has an accident or someone tracks in dirt.
I just want to give a super duper shoutout to Wilbur, this guy right here is beyond outstanding. It had been quite some time since I had my carpet cleaned, the guy who cleaned my carpet last time was Zacharias, I think that’s how you spell it. Anyway, he was amazing. I tried to leave a review for him but it wouldn’t go through when I tried to send it, and I want you all to know that I gave him a raving review, his work was impeccable!
Zerorez has some okay carpet cleaners that come out and get the job done, but Wilbur and Zacharias get a standing ovation from me! They are a class above the level of service I received from other cleaners.
Wilbur is top notch, I hope you all know and appreciate the quality of service he gives. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He cleaned my carpet so well, that I literally had tears of joy! My home felt clean and refreshed! I didn’t think my carpet or rugs could look like that again! I want to thank him, he worked extremely hard to give me quality service with integrity. I also want to let you all know that when I get my carpet cleaned in the future, I want Wilbur, and if he’s not available, Zacharias, they don’t just clean your carpet… they CLEAN and REVITALIZE your carpet! Major did an outstanding job cleaning our couch. From the moment he arrived, he was courteous and professional, and he clearly took pride in his work. He paid close attention to every detail, carefully inspecting and treating the upholstery to ensure the best possible results.
What impressed me most was the care he took with our furniture. He worked methodically, explained the process, and treated our home with respect. The couch looks refreshed, clean, and far better than I expected.
It's not often you find someone who combines professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service so well. I highly recommend Major to anyone looking for quality upholstery cleaning. We couldn't be happier with the results.

The cleaner did not remove the spots from the carpet. He “prefers” not to use the spot remover that would’ve been an extra fee for me. I would’ve been happy to pay extra to have the carpets actually look clean. In all honesty though, why on earth would it cost extra to clean a spot off the carpet. Isn’t that what we pay for to begin with??
I appreciate the lack of harsh chemicals and harsh scents.
Service is great, product is great, prices are expensive! I don’t like the estimate process. I tried to use a coupon code online, but there’s nowhere to enter it. When the tech got here and updated my quote, it was 4 times what I expected. Not happy!
Easy to schedule, good service, effective outcome
The tech lied to my husband and said that since he has to clean my pets urine stains that’s it’s hazardous because when ammonia mixes with hot water that we had to pay an additional $35 per room. He did not give it to us as an option.. and made up some fake story that was not even true
Next, he cleaned the carpets and he left the carpets soaking wet and they took 48 hours to dry after cleaning them and I’ve never had that in my life happen. He was a very lazy in my opinion did not do his job thoroughly and didn’t have any integrity by lying to us to make more money or whatever his deal was. We definitely will not be coming back. I also called the customer service to complain about it and she did not care and she told me that I was gonna have a manager call me back and nobody called me back. I feel like I got ripped off and the job was not well done

Your company is by far the best carpet cleaning company. You do pay a little bit more but good service is not cheap. Worth every penny. Stays cleaner longer and smells great every time yall come and get all them pet stains out . and pet hair gone.
