Great service at a reasonable price.
I sent a text with pictures. I said all that I needed to say to the person I talked to. Very disappointed with your process and with your service!
The last two services I’ve had have not been as good as they were in the past. There are still areas of concern. I mentioned this last time when we had our carpets clean we do have texture carpets so it is a little more difficult to take care of.
The serviceman was very professional in cleaning my carpets. The carpets look great right now and I am thankful for all your companies help..

Technician was very polite and friendly. I was running late and he waited for me. He did a great job of cleaning my dryer vent and left everything nice and clean. Very pleased with the results after dryer vents was cleaned

Way overpriced! For what we received! Too much up selling! Results are not show on internet I thought it would be different than other carpet cleaning services. One room we had low expectations for the but the other that had a few good spots came out hard and just looked like I did it my self!

The couch didn’t appear much cleaner after the cleaning was complete. Our couch is a Living Spaces sectional made with quality fabric, and I just assumed the couch would come out looking cleaner after this cleaning.
I understand there is no way to remove every possible stain or possible blemish, but it doesn’t seem much different at all for the $400 we paid.

My 24yr old carpet looks practically brand new new, smells fresh and soft. It always dries relatively fast.

The person that cleaned the carpet did it very professionally and I was very pleased the way he responded to us.
