Technicians NO LONGER TAKE THE TIME REQUIRED to properly extract water/moisture/dirt from the carpet. In previous years it took only a couple of hours for the carpet to dry, and it looked and felt clean. That is no longer the case. It now takes up to a couple of days for my carpet to dry and it feels dirty. What has happened to ZeroRez??
No toxic chemicals, professional service
The products are great. I was happy to share Zerorez with my neighbor. She is 98 years old, Ricardo and Roderick were so very respectful. They explained everything to Ginny and took the time necessary to help her understand each step. She is so thankful for the service that was provided. Thank you for exemplary service and for your well trained employees.

It’s over 24 hours and my carpets are still not dry. And it doesn’t look like the dark areas are going away, the way that Josiah said they would. He said he is a vent cleaner and not usually a carpet guy, so I was disappointed to get someone without much experience. He was nice enough, but my carpets are not as clean as they should be, and I don’t feel like I can move furniture back into place because they’re still wet, and disappointingly, although not as dirty in high traffic areas, they’re still more dirty than they should be.

Carpet drying time. Technician did a great job.
The tech should have cleaned the rooms twice, the carpet still shows stains, dirt. I pointed out a small area that was still dirty, the tech said it was as good as it was going to get. I suggested to do it again, he did and it cleaned nicely. Tech was a nice young man but, I expected a better experience.
After my carpet dried it look almost like new carpet. It hasn't been cleaned this good in a long time. I would recommend your carpet cleaning service to friends and family.
Didn't expect much given the age and quality of the carpet, but your tech did a great job extending the life and look of my carpet.
