Great service
You didn’t honer the price you quoted me! The person who showed up to my rental property was very nice! Your supervisor are not friendly and they are not customer advocate! I originally signed up for basic cleaning then I was advised that it would be $80 extra for brush and spot cleaning. When I called your office to ask why I need to pay extra since I didn’t pay extra for my other rental property. The supervisor got upset instead of staying professional saying she doesn’t see my other house on the system and advise the service guys to charge me extra. So I had to pay another 40 extra. When I asked the representative why it’s now 120 extra instead of 80! He said the office said that the supervisor! And he said he is sorry, very professional. I’m in customer service too. I won’t be using you anymore and I will advise all my family, friends and customers. So instead of spending money on advertising on radio and other places train your representatives on the phone to be understand and not to revenge and increase the cost when you already quoted me a different price for spot cleaning. I’m very upset. I think you should refund the extra money you charged me! Thank you for sending me the survey!

Couldn't believe rug after it was cleaned! The young man was efficient & so polite!
Easy booking. We only have carpet on a split staircase a bit of the upstairs landing. Confirmed my appointment slot in a timely manner. Communications leading up to and day of appointment were spot on (no pun intended). Our cleaning team arrived at the top of our window, which almost never happens with any services or deliveries. The best part though was the team of two - they were very friendly, made great conversation and extremely efficient knowing I had two dogs in a room that needed to be let out post cleaning. Carpet dried quickly with some forced air afterwards and hasn't;t looked this good in years. Will definitely rebook Zerorez in the future.
I had my rugs cleaned yesterday and the gentleman did an excellent job, explained exactly what he has going to do and how he was going to do it and where and made sure that what I requested what areas were going to be cleaned was what he has going to do. He cleaned up after the job has done and was very efficient, knowledgeable and will have Zerorez come back for a later cleaning when needed.

I apologize that I forgot his name but the service technician was very kind and did a great job. He assessed the carpeting in each room and got to work quickly. He was informative and got the job done pretty quickly. I was very pleased with the outcome and will definitely use zerorez again and recommend them to others.
The carpet was in really bad shape. Zero Rez turned the black carpet back to brown again.

I paid extra for a deep cleaning and high steam as well as a special agent that needed to be put on the carpet to remove a stickiness on the carpet. The cleaner said that it would be removed 100% but the carpet is still sticky and now because of it being sticky is grasping on to dirt and grim. Disappointed in the outcome. You can make it right by having another person come back out and do the carpets again. I would not recommend your services to people because I definitely did not get what I paid for.
Our last technician this past week was absolutely wonderful. The one before him wasn’t as good.

Friendly and efficient technicians, great results
My service technician arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. The carpet in the house was extremely dirty and heavily stained, and honestly, I wasn’t sure it could be saved. I was amazed by the results! When the job was finished, the carpet looked so clean that it was hard to believe it was the same carpet. The difference was incredible. I’m very impressed with the quality of the service and would definitely recommend them!
Our carpet was fabulous after the cleaning and it's stayed clean. Stains didn't reappear. I'm wondering what took us so long to get this done.
