Ricky from Zerorez arrived on schedule and was wonderfully friendly and professional. We haven’t had our carpets cleaned in more than a year, and I was really thinking it was about time to just replace our carpet. Then comes Ricky and his 60-pound brush system, which he recommended for our plush carpet. When he was done, the carpet looked brand spankin’ new again!! So much for replacing it.
Also, we’ve had a dinette set with chairs for about a decade. The chairs have never been professionally cleaned, and they were spotted and were pretty awful looking. I contemplated recovering the seats, but after learning Zerorez also does upholstery, I had Ricky clean those, too. He didn’t make any promises, said they would probably look better, but since they’re a faux suede, they may not look great. Well, he was wrong. He cleaned the seats and now THEY also look new!!
So Ricky and Zerorez are today’s heroes! Our carpet and dinette set look like we just got them!!

Loved the fact that they don't use heavy shampoos or perfumes, we have pets and they live about 1 1/2 feet from the carpet. The entire process went QUICKLY! We had three large rooms, one hallway, and stairs-all done in less than two and a half hours! Gentleman that did the work was super nice and respectful, and price came out to right about what I'd estimated. I do wish that your estimate builder on your website included the ability to add the deep clean and the pet urine remover to your price, as that DID add about $250-300 more than the estimate stated. I was expecting this, so was not surprised. But I'm sure there are those that ARE SURPRISED when the price comes up to more than what they website says, no matter if they added features or not. Just a thought. 9.9/10 stars!

The Zerorez Ian was professional and pleasant to work with. He gave us a good overview of the process and effectively answered all of our questions. He did an excellent job and we had clean carpets to prove it. We'll ask for Ian in the future. He did a great job.
Great work, very prompt, courteous
Zerorez always does a great job on our carpets -- even in the heavy traffic areas ON WHITE CARPETS. Every Zerorez tech who has ever come to clean our carpets over the past 20+ years has been fabulous. Major G, however, was far above and beyond the most professional, personable, hard-working, results-driven Zerorez tech we have EVER had. If you had a scale of 0 (horrible) to 100 (absolutely amazing), Major would get a 200 from us. He's THAT good.

I had Zerorez come out and clean my carpet the other day.
The carpet turned out very nicely and the gentleman, Eric, who did the cleaning was superb. He was very professional polite, and went over exactly what I wanted him to do. He also cleaned an upholstered chair in the living room and it looks brand new.
I would recommend Zerorez, but I would like to suggest that you ask for Eric. He would not be disappointed with his service.
