The product does not smell like chemicals and has only a very mild citrus scent; cleans very well; and the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I like the way he cleaned up the dark spots on the rug. The rug is very soft, and it didn't take long to dry with a ceiling fan, and floor fan.
Jay did an awesome job, he is very pleasant, informative, cleaned up any drips on the floor, and also wore covers for his shoes. He is an asset to your company. Definitely, will ask for him when I do my 2 other rugs in the bedrooms.He deserves a 10 for his work on my rugs.

It was a seamless process from beginning to end and out technician Ian did a great job with recommendations and after care suggestions. We will use zerorez again.
We have used Zerorez for awhile now, at our home and my work address. Every time they have been on time and very thorough. Ian was great at cleaning our old carpet this week.
