My carpets are clean again and look GREAT! Will (Wilbur) is an excellent technician and a good guy! He walked me through the various cleaning options, explained the pricing, got right to work, and the 22-year-old carpets in two of my bedrooms look and feel like they were installed last week! Thanks Wilbur and thanks Zerorez. I will definitely use your services in the future!!
Very disappointed with the actual performance of the vent cleaning. I took before and after photos which I already provided and there’s no difference. I took off the diffusers and still had to put tt back on when it done. Finally, there was complete mess in the house that my wife and I are cleaning up now. The cost of &400 for this and I think the guy was here an hour at most is absolutely ridiculous. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It’s a pity because we have used ZEROREZ a lot in the past for carpet cleaning but I’m afraid we will not anymore.

I am not one to complain about any service, ever, but it seemed like the tech was not really interested in doing a thorough job. He completely missed a huge stain which was so accessible under my desk that there is no way anyone could miss it. I cleaned it myself today. Also our carpet still smells like dog urine in the area that he used a special “enzyme” to clean the one place that our dog had an accident. It actually smells worse now which I am hoping is a result of it having been wet and it activated the smell. It is fully dry now, of course, but it still really smells. Maybe it was activated by the cleaning. We have also cleaned that again ourselves but it’s super disappointing. Sorry. Don’t like to complain. I know that it’s a difficult environment out there rn and that is the last thing that anybody needs in business. Would never make it public so don’t worry. Wouldn’t use again though. No way.

I initially thought everything was good because the technician was really friendly but after everything dried, I realized that there are several spots that definitely could have come out better. A couple of them, I spot treated myself after the service and they came out much better. I was charged $600 because of certain types of service needed and because of the size of certain rooms but honestly, the guy was in and out really fast and I just don’t think that the quality matched the up charges. If the quality had been better, I would’ve been totally fine with the pricing. I won’t be a repeat customer and I won’t advocate for this company to my network.
The price was good, the tech was on time, he express knowledge of his product. Great personality. The next time I schedule for service I definitely want Bradley.

The actual service is ok but billing is not transparent. There are hidden fees, round up. I was quoted a room is $35 plus tax, but it’s listed $49, he explained that is after tax. Please learn the math and show math on your invoice.
Our tech was great and service was excellent.
