Very thorough about the cleaning, condition and results from the carpet cleaning. The employees were extremely polite and professional.

Things were fine, closet carpet, stairs, hallway seem clean. Unable to tell in bedrooms cause of dark colors, did not fiollow them upstairs yet sure seemed like only up there briefly then at stairs? Left so very wet although dried overnight. Notes $70 discount both bedrooms free protectant yet charged $140 4 areas? Stairs/hallway/2 bedrooms when asked for 2 stairs/hallway? Quotes $203, Charged $258, fine but didn’t seem to add up. Thanks, appreciate your time and assistance. Came early cause cancellations, that was welcomed
I am very happy to see the floors being cleaned by Zerorez, although, a few spots can get more attention, It was easy to get an appointment and Jay was very hardworking guy!

It is so easy to schedule with Zerorez, which is a big reason why I use this company. We've had the same guy a few years in a row and absolutely adore him.
