Way over priced, the procedure was just like other carpet cleaning companies.
Technician Tracey F was a professional and effective worker he arrived on time reviewed the work request and repeated the contracted cost made a few suggestions on maintaining carpet life and include tips on cleaning our tile floors..he went to work and did a great job!
I will request him again and refer friends and family.

I'm not the type to complain or even speak up when a services isn't up to expectations. I had my carpets cleaned and I waited a week for it to air out. But somehow it smells worse. It's almost like there wasn't cleaning done with soap but just water. I had a spot for the tech to focus on because of a pet stain and that area smells awful. I'm not happy. I'm not sure what to do or if anyone will read this. I hope someone reaches out and can help fix it not being cleaned right. My email is Email address removed and my name is Name removed.
