Wow!!!! Can't even start to say how amazed I was at the finished job. I've had my carpet cleaned before but they always gave me excuses why I still saw stains. When Zerorez finished it was like seeing brand new carpets. I can finally enjoy my living room again.
Your employee Mekal was exemplary, portrayed amazing professionalism and outstanding customer service. The only bad thing your link will not allow me to give this remarkable young man the kudos he deserves. He called ahead, was courteous and his timekeeping was on point. Extremely happy! EThan was amazing my technician he was amazing and got the rugs cleaned! I even asked him to redo a spot and he was happy to help me and do it! So I’m happy with their turnout and my rugs look clean and I waited too long to do them so happy. I finally got it done.
