Very thorough and did a great job

Bernardo did an amazing job on our tile, very friendly and knowledgeable.
It was easy to schedule the service and I received follow up emails, texts, and calls. I had questions, so it helped to talk with someone before the service. The service tech called before arrival. Tracey was so nice and so helpful. He checked my place out thoroughly and discussed my order making sure I knew the final price before he started. He was very sweet with my dog! The carpet feels clean and looks better. The air feels cleaner too. There is no chemical or odd smell - it smells and feels fresh.
The areas are small for the price charged. Cleaning a few scattered rugs could be included.
Also a single level home saves time for the worker.
You make a mess on tiles floors and never bring anything to clean it up..
Staff did not go out of their way to clean carpet. Didn’t even move a plastic tree. Person that came back was rude. Carpet feels stiff. Don’t place foam pieces or anything under wood furniture on wet carpet. At 77 I’ve had many carpets cleaned and never had service like this. As a first time customer I’m disappointed. Do you pay your staff by the job or hourly. Might want to remind last guy he should be grateful to have a job but to be paid he should be willing to do what he is asked to do regardless of whether he feels it necessary. He thought my request to clean a missed corner was “unbelievable”.
The rates that are charged are not good and the fact that I was charged like almost 40 for a living room and then 100+ for a floor rug is outrageous and makes no sense. Then there is the problem where you guys came to get a blood stain out of the carpet and it did not come out and you guys never came back out to try again or even give a compensation for not being able to get the stain out.

$224 for 1/2 of an area rug and it doesnt even smell clean. And h u send a former inmate to my home. Your employee told my husband he was just released from prison!!!

Tech was thorough and explained what he was going to do to get the carpets clean. We had several spills, plate of tacos and coffee with cream AND have a new pet and had several accidents. carpets look great! He was careful of surrounding furniture. Overall a great experience!

I was quoted $380. They guy shows up and says $599 NOT including the countertops which is the main thing that I wanted done because I want to get epoxy put on them. He brought the price back down to $379 but that excluded 2 things including the countertops. He was done very quickly. Too quickly to do a good job.
