The couch didn’t appear much cleaner after the cleaning was complete. Our couch is a Living Spaces sectional made with quality fabric, and I just assumed the couch would come out looking cleaner after this cleaning.
I understand there is no way to remove every possible stain or possible blemish, but it doesn’t seem much different at all for the $400 we paid.

I’ve used Zeroex in the past and was very pleased with how clean my carpet looked after the service. Unfortunately, this time some areas did not appear fully clean, and it seemed like the carpet needed additional rinsing. I appreciate the past service, but based on this visit, we’ve decided not to have the service redone.

He was very competent and inspired confidence with his knowledge. I really appreciated that he had the autonomy to negotiate add-on service prices and discounts without having to consult with his boss. He was transparent to help me manage my expectations for the outcome. He did the work expeditiously and cleaned up after himself. This company came highly recommended from my realtor friend, and I can see why. Thanks for a job well done!

We got the two room and one hallway special and added area, rugs, and the stairs. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and professionally. It turned out great. Our technician was awesome.
I booked Zeroez for my apartment after a smooth first experience with them. The online estimate seemed straightforward, but when the technician arrived, the price suddenly doubled because of a third‑floor fee — something that was never mentioned anywhere on the website.
I still moved forward to avoid wasting the technician’s time, but I called afterward to express my concern. The representative apologized and said the fee isn’t listed online and that it’s “better to book by phone.”
Hidden fees are not acceptable. I’m fine paying extra when it’s disclosed, but customers deserve accurate pricing upfront. I hope they update their website so others don’t run into the same issue.

I like that My contact with your company was through Instagram and it was seamless through direct messaging. Once the appointment was set up then you did get my contact information and started messaging me directly by text.
The price I was quoted was honored when you showed up. We were also given options to upgrade the services but not pressured.
We were informed about other options that are now available through your company, since the tech noticed that our carpet had some wrinkles in it.
The tech Terry, was very courteous, competent with completing the cleaning (wonderful noticeable change in color and stains gone) in a timely manner. Gave us further instructions on how to care for a carpet.

Very good quality work. R. Zerorez representatives who cleaned our carpets turned to our 25 year old carpet as it was new. After cleaning our carpet, they revealed the real color original color of our carpet. I was glad that it did not leave any crunchy feel to our carpet. Even after it dried which was very quick there was no crunch or residue left.Thank you.

Service was great from start to finish. Originally we were only doing carpet but the guys let us know they could do the tile also. They even offered to move the furniture for us. Great job!
