Some of the upstairs room were extremely wet after the service but one of the rooms was completely dry ( we think he forgot to do it). He was done much quicker than the last time we had it done and our high traffic areas were still visible when he was done.
Excellent service, and Mekal was amazing and efficient in completing tasks. Also, he was extremely kind and explained everything very well to me to understand the process and all the options they had to offer. Gave his professional suggestions on what my rugs needed.

You need to improve clarity on pricing. I paid $33 per room for two rooms totaling $66. The tech told me that for $8 more I could get the walk-in closet done which sounded reasonable because the closet's area was a small fraction of the room itself. However, I was charged $30 for the closet, not $8. By the time I inspected the bill and found the mistake, the tech (Travis Sibley) had left. Zerorez owes me $22.

Overall, I was pleased.
We returned home this afternoon from the hotel where we stayed while the carpet dried.
Generally, it looks good but for the heavy traffic hallway and a spot by the bed. My guess is that when the tech finishes, the carpet is wet and he probably won’t notice.

The entire process was easy and the outcome was superior.
Very easy to book and great communication about appointments. Angle explained how the process works. Tile floors look amazing. Love Zerorez as this is our fourth time using them. They will do all your needs, carpet, tile even upholstery. Love how No residue on tile floors, carpet and furniture. Left smelling clean and fresh!

I appreciate the quick and easy scheduling for my carpet cleaning. As well as the professional technicians; Jay and Matt for coming in with shoe covers and explaining services and prices prior to starting. They did an amazing job with carpet cleaning plus pet treatments and worked in a timely manner.
Technicians are always professional. There is no hard sell for ups and extras. They work quickly and do a very good job, even on my very old carpets.
