Tracy was the person who came to my home and cleaned my carpets/hall. He was professional and courteous and VERY fast. I was surprised how fast he cleaned it because of the spots my dog had left. It looks awesome! I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone that needs a deep cleaning.

I was very happy with the appointment availability. No long waits. The technician, Zach, called when he was on his way. Arrived timely. He was very nice at professional, explained everything. I had stairs and had an area rug cleaned. He was very careful to protect my stair banister, very clean and tidy during the process. Even though I didn't have a big job, he made me feel my business was just as valuable. Stairs and rug look great. I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Zerorez Las Vegas!

The crew was fantastic. Very professional. My turf hadn’t been cleaned since install a year ago. After the process of cleaning the turf it looked brand new again. And the product they used has a very refreshing smell. I was very happy with this company and will use them again.
Fantastic customer service! There was an error in date of my appointment. I did not notice until i called the day I thought i had scheduled only to find out the day was wrong. They found a tech to come out that day! No extra cost and they did an excellent job! I will definitely be using Zerorez again!
