I thought Angel your employee was rather rude after he told us our house smelled of dog urine and that we should throw out one of our Area Rugs. You are way to expensive for the job you do. We were ripped off.
What i like about your carpet cleaning service is that my 15-year old stairs and hallway carpets with dark track marks actually looked clean afterwards! Plus i got a first time customer discount. I am so happy and pleased with the service that i will be back for more and recommending zerorez to everyone who asks.

Wil was our technician and from start to finish was very thorough with communication from the call to let me know when he would arrive, to listening to us on what our needs were and explaining what we should expect along with great future tips! They don't use all kinds of chemical. We have used them before and we're very satisfied with there work. The person who did our cleaning was very polite and explained what he was going to do that needed attention to. Was very satisfied.
Easy to make an appointment and get an estimate. They are a fast and efficient service. I would like to see a few more deals in the numerous e-mails that are sent though.

My #1 reason for using Zerorez is that they get my carpet WAY cleaner than I ever did cleaning it on my own. #2 is that it's quick and easy. It doesn't take long for our carpets to be cleaned meaning less time sitting around waiting.
I have used you more than a few times. I can honestly say you have some great people working for you. I do have to say that Jayden is my favorite. I will be asking for him every time.

Zeroez's method of cleaning dose not leave the carpet soaking wet but dose a great job. The drying time is very minimal.
