Great cleaning job, friendly staff
Took 4 1/2 hours to do a job I was told 2 hrs. Machine broken down and they had to get a new part
It was great just a little expensive.
I had my whole house cleaned by Zerorez. They did carpets, tile, and area rugs. Everything looks wonderful. We got a puppy in July and all the puppy accidents are gone and everything looks so clean. We will definitely get this done again!
Quick & knowledgeable staff
The service was not as good as we have had previous years. We payed more and for some strange reason we were not eligible for the Christmas light show pass that we have gotten previous years. Also, one area that was a bit hidden still had stains that were not removed. They were not visible due to the location when the technician left but are definitely very visible now that the carpet has dried. Very disappointed in the end result for paying so much extra!
Requested Wil but he was not the one wo came. Justice/ Justin? Techiciian he said Wil not available. Justice ok but heis not as thorough and good as Wil- I have to call to his attention several stains still on the carpet he packed his stuff already hence had to manually brush the areas. I also paid for deodorizer but our carpet smell worst after wards - thought its just because its wet but two days after it still smells damp. This is the first time this happened to us, previous carpet cleaners we used including first time with zero rez always results to fresh looking and good smell carpet. Unfortunately this last service/ job did not leavr up to our expectations- might not use Zerores again.

Friendly and helpful from thr beginning! From when you make the appointment for the cleaning to when the tech comes out to do the actual cleaning. Mekal, our tech was courteous and polite. He explained what he was going to do and recommended some things for our old and worn out carpet. He was thorough and made our carpet look better! The carpet was not soaking wet but just damp! Great job!
